The house was beautiful, comfortable, and set in a safe community. Our family of 6 had plenty of space, everyone enjoyed a comfortable king bed and the three showers made getting ready easy. Kitchen is large and is well stocked which allowed us to make meals. There were boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, and a cooler in the garage. Loved the screened in back porch for morning coffee. The pools at the beach club were just a couple minutes away via car and were clean and fun. Towels can be checked out at the club for pool use. We ate a great meal at Pelicans Nest and had ice cream at Osprey cafe. Freshfields Village has upscale shops and a grocery store and is at the entrance to Seabrook Club about 4 miles from the house. Beach access at club was easy and the beaches were public but very private and laid back. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!

Beautifully appointed home, peaceful and very clean and cozy. The decor is fabulous. Kitchen layout is ideal with large counter space and plenty of room to entertain while cooking. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Everything was excellent with the exception of the exterior, which is why I gave four stars. I would have given 4.75 if it were possible, but the exterior porches were in serious need of pressure washing and cleaning. It made it prohibitive to us sitting outside except for in the screen porch. It looked like the decks had not been cleaned in a while and there were a lot of cobwebs and debris, and the decking and patio furniture needed a good scrub. The house was perfect for our family, and we would stay again. The interior of the house was very clean and had just about everything we needed for the week. We love the king size beds with the bunks above for kids. Our favorite space was the screened porch for coffee in the mornings or card games in the evenings. We would consider booking again next year, but we do hope that the owners will take our constructive criticism about cleaning the exterior. Overall, a great experience.

The house was clean. The kitchen was great. The bedrooms were sufficient, for our needs and the outdoor area was clean and nice.
