We have eyed this property for years and finally got to book here. It was a cozy spot for our family of 3 generations. My 82 year old mother in law was with us and the elevator was a nice bonus to help her get to the second floor where the kitchen and living area was. There was plenty of room, nice bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. I was on the top floor and my bed was so comfy! It was bike week in PCB and it was loud on the strip, but the west end where we stayed was peaceful. The short walk to the beach was easy and the view from the 3rd floor was beautiful. I sat outside every morning and enjoyed reading and drink hot tea. Perfect for the crisp October mornings. The property could use some fresh paint and outside cleaning by the shared pool, but considering a hurricane went through two weeks ago, it looked great. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when in PCB.

The pictures of the property looked great. In person, the interior is old and worn. Showers/bath tubs need a good cleaning. The exterior is being totally ignored. The owners need to invest in new furniture and a yard service.

We had a big group this year for Spring Break and there was room for everyone. We loved being able to watch the sunset from the balcony and the game room was a big hit in the evening after day at the beach. The house was very clean and check-in was easy.

The property listing is inaccurate. Definitely not a gulf front home. Can only view gulf off to the side due to homes being in front. Game room shouldn’t be listed. Upon arrival, ping pong, shuffleboard nor pool were usable due to missing/broken parts. After contacting the property managers, ping pong paddles were dropped off but nothing else was done to resolve the issues with the rest of the games. The game room and gulf front were our primary reasons for booking this property. Besides that, locks will not lock/unlock and there is a strong musty smell in the house. A maintenance man did come and used a chemical that helped with the smell for a couple of days but the smell returned. Chair covers in living room are filthy. During our stay, some water was spilled in the kitchen floor and, after using paper towels to wipe it up, the paper towels were very dirty so the floors are obviously not cleaned on a regular basis. The washing machine is full of mold. We ran 2 cycles through with only bleach to prevent our clothes from being ruined. The mold was reported but there was no offer to resolve that problem. The small grill/seating area near the pool is overgrown with weeds. Flower pots are on their sides with weeds growing out of them, etc. Overall, this is a nice home but is in need of a good cleaning, upkeep, and changes to the listing to make it more accurate.

Beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony, kitchen essentials, plenty of towels, nice pool. Game room was great for rainy days! Host was proactive with communication. Very convenient beach access just 2 houses down. The elevator was essential for our family with trouble walking.
