Fuga verso le montagne in questo condominio ben arredate e confortevoli nell'incantevole Burnsville. I cani sono i benvenuti !! Questo condominio è completamente arredato e dispone di tutti i comfort di casa. La casa si trova nella gated community di Mountain Air ed è molto tranquillo. Potrete rilassarvi sulla veranda e godere di questa zona anche quando piove o nevica. Ottima vista dal condominio e una vista mozzafiato dalla cima della montagna. Sentieri sono disponibili per l'accesso all'interno del quartiere anche pochi a pochi passi dal condominio. Parchi rilassanti sono disponibili per l'uso in tutta la montagna.

Due camere da letto:
Master Suite con letto queen size, comodini, accesso al portico. Un doppio lavandino del bagno con vasca con i piedini e cabina doccia separata. Shampoo e sapone fornito.

Seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli. Bagno con vasca / doccia combo e lavandino singolo.

Soggiorno aperto alla cucina e sala da pranzo. Comodi divani per rilassarsi. Kitchen ha tutto quello che si dovrebbe aspettare dalla vostra cucina casa tra cui caffettiera, pentole / padelle, utensili e contenitori di stoccaggio.

Sciare in inverno è vicino a Wolf Ridge. Escursioni a Linville Falls, Crabtree Falls, e il Monte Mitchell e l'accesso al Blue Ridge Parkway sono meno di un'ora di auto. Grande pesca a mosca si possono trovare in giro per Burnsville e Spruce Pine zona. Campi da golf si trovano nelle vicinanze di Monte Mitchell Golf Course e Grassy Creek Golf Course.

A Mountain Dream

What an incredible place to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains. The views are absolutely stunning and every possible amenity is provided for a comfortable stay. Short drives to asheville and the parkway. Whenever we make our next trip to the area, sooner rather than later, Mountain Air is where we'll be staying.

Lovely but filthy

Lovely place that has a mouse problem. Droppings in the couches, my bed and in some of the kitchen drawers. Great place to hike.

I am sorry that this happened for our guests, we have thoroughly cleaned and taken additional steps to keep mice out of our place including engaging our pest control service for the building regarding this feedback. We will also be having our cleaners check back frequently between guests to detect any concerns within the condo.

Fall Retreat

Although we had a couple challenges upon check-in, Kristin was extremely responsive. The unit was cozy and offered all of the comforts of home including a great fireplace and an exquisite mountain view. This was a perfect time of year to visit as the fall foliage was so vibrant. We greatly appreciated the opportunity and would recommend to our friends and family. If you are looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly disconnect, look no further.

Christmas Get-away

This was my second time to rent this property and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! The condo is perfect: well laid-out, perfectly furnished and the kitchen is wonderfully appointed. And, THE VIEW. Wow. It is just gorgeous. Kristin is a wonderful host and quick to respond to questions. The Mountain Air community is very rustic, yet manicured and well cared for. This was a perfect place to celebrate Christmas but I'd go anytime to just relax and recharge.

Great view and comfortable

We stayed at this Mountain Air condo for a quick family getaway weekend. Kristin made the reservation process super easy and she welcomed our small dog also. We arrived late on Friday evening and the gate attendant was super friendly - we were tired after traveling at the end of our work day and this brought a smile to our faces. Comfortable beds and nice towels were very welcoming. The view from the condo is truly beautiful. We hiked the short trails (accessible from the parking lot!) with our kids and dog. And for more scenic trails, the BRP and Mt Mitchell are 30-45 min away. We discovered a beautiful falls with an easy hike at Roaring Fork Falls (30 min drive and .5 mile walk in). Several restaurants to choose from in Burnsville or ample kitchen supplies to stay in and cook with a view. :)

Perfect!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. This was the most wonderful get-away spot! The two bedrooms are both a generous size and the living room has a huge window looking out towards the mountains. Exactly what we wanted! The kitchen was well-supplied and plenty of counter space. I can't wait to go back! The condo is high up on the side of a mountain, in the last unit so there is extra privacy. The gated community is very well maintained and when we got snow, crews had been up and out salting and plowing by 7:00am! The grounds are gorgeous and the security at the front of the neighborhood gave us an extra feeling of being safe. We went to The Biltmore one day, an easy drive. We really didn't venture out more than that because of Covid, five inches of snow and just wanting to relax in the condo. This was the perfect place to kick back!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. The condo unit is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The mountain view is extraordinary. The host is so very accommodating and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay here very much! A few things to note: You must sign an agreement to not use the Mountain Air facilities. This condo is in the mountains. The road is well-maintained but be careful driving! The unit is down a flight of stairs so be prepared to carry your stuff. This unit is dog-friendly and there was some dog hair on the couch that we had to vacuum off.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

The condo is so cozy and can’t beat the view! Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace came on with a flip of a switch so that was convenient. The water closet in master bath was very cold but that was the design of the condo not owners fault. Kristen was easy to communicate with and helpful!

Third time is still the charm

This is the third time I've stayed at this lovely condo with its welcoming atmosphere and breathtaking views. My daughter and I came for a long weekend for her birthday and, while I would have been happy to have spent every minute lounging around on the couch watching movies, reading, and enjoying the gorgeous view, she wanted to get out and explore a bit. Downtown Burnsville is just a few minutes away, so we did a little shopping, a little eating, and I still managed to get in some good couch time too. I love staying here and hope to come back again!

Beautiful mountain retreat perfect for every occasion

This mountain lodge unit was perfect for our weekend trip. Has beautiful views of the mountains. And the community that this condo is in is absolutely gorgeous. We will definitely return. Wonderful time.

The condo was easy to find and spacious enough for my wife and I. The view from the deck was spectacular, and the fall colors were everywhere. Burnsville is a very small town short on restaurants but there are a couple that were nice. Overall a great experience.
