Easy communication for getting into the property which made our arrival super easy after a long day of travel. The extra pillows and linens was very well thought out. Super clean property. If/when we return to the Spring Hill area will definitely see if this property is available.

Nice location with easy check-in/check-out process. Was equipped with basic amenities like soap, dishes, towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Did like the full size refrigerator. Was not as clean as some people may like. Reason for rating is because we found an open condom wrapper under the bed that our 5-year old could have easily found and grabbed. There was also an earring that we almost stepped on. Would not have been good if it went into someone’s foot. Host did know a child was coming so my partner and I feel that it should have been better cleaned/checked as this could have been an easy thing to prevent.

We arrived late in the afternoon on Monday the 29 of June for a two night stay. The place was clean and small as described. We had arrived and we’re getting ready for bed at approximately 9:00 pm. It was at this moment we started to small someone cooking and noticed the smell of strong and I mean strong smelling spices that filled our room. The spices smelled like Indian type spices and maybe pork ? We opened our sliding door in hopes to let out the odor but this did. Or work at all. We had to leave our sliding door cracked all night because of the strong smell. Leaving the door open did not help at all. We woke up and gathered our belongings and left and moved on with our trip. We knew we could not stay there any longer as the smell had now made our clothing for the day smell as well. I would be very aware that the kitchen next door in this space is on the others side de of an interior door at the foot of your bed. I believe that everyone should be made aware how food smells travel into the space. For this I have to rate this as a never again for us.

This place EXCEEDED my expectations! It had literally EVERYTHING we needed! This is the first time I've stayed at a place where the host actually thought about EVERY need, from q-tips, to pots, utensils, even a lint roller which saved the day. These guys are a SUPER HOST! I give them Five stars all the way and if I'm even back in the area, we will DEFINITELY be staying in this room again 100%. Also, this place is TWO mins from a local baker called ACE Harvest. SO GOOD! Definitely visit her and support your local CLEAN and HEALTHY business. The location is only blocks away from Wal-Mart and other places to shop and eat.

I’ve always rented an entire home and this rental was attached to the home but it did not disappoint. The landscaping was beautiful and check in was simple. The room itself was quaint and comfortable. The little extras provided such as q-tips and books were nice. The bed was super comfy and the extra AC unit was much appreciated. The shower water was nice and hot. I loved the sliding glass door providing natural sunlight and full body mirror. Being able to hang up my clothes while staying there was a major plus as well. Very clean and smelled good. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I did not see or hear the property owners giving me the privacy and exclusivity I would normally get from renting an entire home. I would definitely recommend and look for this listing if I ever come back to the area. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool only because of time constraints on my end. But it was clean and well taken care of.
