This location is excellent and very easy to navigate to and from. The rooms are spacious and everything was clean and inviting. We all agreed these are the most comfortable rental beds we’ve ever slept on. We would absolutely stay here again.

The unit is very nice and well maintained, my only complaint is the bed in the master was very soft, but thats my personal preference of a more firm bed. Gwen is awesome and helped us get our missing pool key. The resort had tons of stuff to do at Fins up for the entire family.

We were told we would have access to the resort pools, when we got there, we didn’t only have access to the resort pools, but couldn’t access the neighborhood pools either. We were staying there for a month, to enjoy the Florida sun and pools. Very disappointed. Will not book through JC Vacations again.

Hi Tamara, thank you for your feedback. As we explained to you on arrival on 14 March, the access card for the neighborhood pools had been accidentally taken by the previous Guest and that we in the process of retrieving the pass. You were given an access card to the neighborhood pools on 17 March. The Management of the Margaritavile Resort are responsible for access to the Fins Up Club and their current policy for using the amenities and we have no control over their policy making decisions.
