The residence was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking utensils. We enjoyed the pool which is close to walk to and very nice.

The property was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners have done an amazing job thoughtfully stocking the space with all the essentials to truly make you feel at home. We really appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Very comfortable great location for Little Valley fields. Fully stocked house. Maybe get a keurig vs std coffee pot. I see that people brought pods but couldn't use. That is the only thing house. Very nice place. Do you offer a discount if we book this time next year. Thank you Steve!!Our 55s team got a gold and 50s got a silver in the Huntsman gamesWould recommend 5 star

This is a really nice place, well stocked with Equipment. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The community swimming pool and hot tub is really nice and close.

This was definitely one of the best units we ever stayed at, and I've stayed over 1000 nights at Marriott properties. Loved the quiet community, but still with lots of amenities. Beautiful 2-story unit with 4 BR, plus a garage. The snack basket was such a nice feature. I never understood why others don't do that. A nice touch for minimal cost. They had life saver mints on both levels, and we almost consumed all of them! 45 min from Zion, 10 minutes from St George's, and 15 min to several golf courses!

Dave and his family were excellent guests. They left our townhome very clean. We are happy that they were able to enjoy our home, the pools and southern Utah. We’d gladly have them back anytime!!

The host was very easy to work with and reached out to us as soon as we booked the property. He also was very responsive and accommodating when we had questions during our stay. The property was perfect for our needs and the pool and hot tubs were welcome after a strenuous day.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, organized and felt safe. Our kids loved the pool area. The only thing we did love were the beds. The beds would taco if 2 people were sleeping in them. We ran a marathon while we were here and didn't get much sleep because of the beds... Everything else was great.
