This was a perfect option for our little family traveling to the area. Host was communicative and very gracious.The property is spacious, quiet and beautiful. My little girls especially loved the friendly cows! We will consider this spot next time we are in the area. Would recommend!

Host was great! Really great communication. Property is very conveniently located. Yes, there are cows but you do not hear or smell them. They are actually very relaxing to watch. Will/Would absolutely stay here again. Nearby towns are very easy to get to and so is the property.

My brother and I stayed here while in Greer for a family reunion. The house was very convenient both to the places that we visited in Greer and to restaurants in Greenville. Although it was close to everything, it was also peaceful and relaxing—a welcome respite from totally adorable but also somewhat exhausting toddlers who accompanied other adult family members staying in different places. Windows opening onto views of green fields and cattle filled the house with light and multiple decks provided comfortable places to relax. The two bedrooms on different sides of the house were comfortable for adult siblings traveling together. The host was very responsive when we contacted him (especially in letting us know when the cleaners left on arrival day, so we could check in a little early).We loved it! And will return if we have reason to be in the area again.

This is a very cute house with a lovely view of a cattle pasture. The cows were very interesting to watch and honestly made the stay particularly enjoyable.The house was overall very clean, quiet and well kept.. It was a perfect place to stop for the night on our way from Florida to Tennessee. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was homey and enjoyable. Everything was generally clean. I would only suggest a deep cleaning at some point. House cleaners rarely look up and the ceiling fans needed a good once-over. I have allergies, so my husband wiped down the fan in the room we used. I would definitely stay here again.

This stay was fabulous. Quiet and serene atmosphere. Super clean and comfy. We had everything we could possibly think of or need. Communication was fantastic. I highly recommend this stay to anyone.

We were looking for a restful quiet location to meet with old friends. This was perfect. Recently renovated 1 floor farm house. Excellent renovation. Quality appliances Outdoor decks off of both bedrooms. Host warned us that there was a cow pasture next to the property We loved it They came to the fence to watch us. Only one moo the whole time we were there If we had one problem it was the beds are high snd my wife has had a stroke. Problem was ours but I thought it should be mentioned We toured Greenville when we were there. Half hour easy drive and a very interesting town to spend a couple days inHighly recommended

The home was very well appointed and there was excellent views of the farm animals. The only issue was a lumpy king size mattress and the pillows were flat as pancakes. Linen should not be worn out. I shared my thoughts with the owner and he said: “one man’s junk is another man’s treasure.” Strange response to a paying customer. Another reason my wife and I are Hilton Honors members. They exceed most of the time our expectations. The owner is going to remedy the matters. Stay true
