My stay was perfect! A short walk and I was at the beach enjoying the sunrise. The apartment was really cute, clean and tastefully decorated. Grocery store and eatery both within walking distance.

Teneray is an incredibly polite and helpful host, and her space was immaculate when we arrived! We stayed 4 nights but it's got everything you could need for a much longer stay. The outdoor patio is a lovely touch and there are chickens roaming the property regularly, so adorable. Location is out of this world, the beach is a minute away and if you rent a moped/electric car, you can easily see the whole island. I would give six stars if I could!

This property is right across from John Smith's Bay and it wonderful. The room was super clean and very cozy. They offer beach amenities and the is also a small restaurant at the beach which serves amazing fish sandwiches. The host was so friendly as we the whole family. Bus stops are literally right outside the gate and a trip into Hamilton is 25 minutes in air conditioned buses. The VRBO had a small deck to sit out, she offers Wi-Fi and streaming. Very nice place to stay, with great views, Beach and great Bermudian hospitality. If you start here you will not be disappointed.

Amazing location, we walked across the road to the John Smith beach no more than 1 minute. We didn’t even bother to wear shoes. There were very casual places to eat waking distance away,5 minutes! And a beautiful restaurant at Loren on Pink beach. 9 minutes walk! Really good grocery store 20 minutes walk or quick bus ride.Place was so very clean with surprisingly large new bathroom. It had all the necessary features for our 3 days stay . We loved to have drinks on the patio with great umbrella protecting us from rain and a view of the water! It was a bonus to have beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the host.Our host was more than helpful and friendly! Can’t wait to come back

Terenay is an excellent host. It’s a great location right across the road from a beautiful beach. Our flight got in late and she arranged for her son to pick us up at the airport. The unit is small but good for one or two people. It’s clean and the shower is great. Any questions we had were promptly answered.

Great stay. Top notch hostess. Small unit but economical. No freezer but were given ice when we asked. Quick easy access to beach. Would be nice if little fridge was quieter and had a freezer compartment. (Bring earplugs) Would be nice if there was a kettle and toaster. Loved the wild roosters (they are noisy in the am and Peepers are noisy at night lol. Again ear plugs are handy.Beautiful beach and bus stop close. We walked to the Loren for my birthday dinner. Delicious. Also a short walk to D&C Grill.

The location is not what's shown on the map. It's at a remote beach, requiring bus (infrequent) or taxi (expensive) to get around. I went to the wrong location first. Host offered to refund my taxi to the right location. Never received it. During my stay, we ran out of coffee, bottled water, and toilet paper. Asked for refill, and didn't get anything.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this studio during my visit to Bermuda from June 11–14. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-maintained, thoughtfully organized, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the location. Being directly across the street from the beach made it incredibly convenient and allowed me to easily enjoy the beautiful water and watch the sunrise throughout my stay. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Kyle was responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-located place to stay. Thank you for helping make my trip such an enjoyable experience!

We are native Bermudians, raised in this same neighborhood. The beach is right next to the house, it is addictive and peaceful to be here. We love hosting at this location because its easy for guest to be happy. Summertime is the best however winter is more peaceful.

You can get the #1 bus directly from the Airport to this propery if you a travelling light for $5 in coins. Tell the driver your stop is John Smith's Bay, it's a 10min drive. and you will see the white house right across the street. The bus is also travels directly to the city of Hamilton, and transfer to anywhere in Bermuda.
