Escape to Corbin Cottage, a charming 1-bedroom tiny home conveniently located near downtown Corbin, Corbin Arena, Laurel River Lake, and Cumberland Falls. Nestled on a spacious wooded lot, this cozy retreat offers a peaceful setting while remaining just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and outdoor adventure.



Designed for comfort and simplicity, the cottage features a private bedroom with a queen-size bed, a modern bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing light meals. The inviting living area includes a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, creating the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.



Step outside and enjoy the large wooded lot, where you can sip your morning coffee, gather around the fire pit, or unwind beneath the stars. Please note that the cottage is located along Cumberland Falls Highway, a busy roadway, and traffic noise may be noticeable at times. It was just as listed. Close to highway and difficult entrance to driveway were the only downsides. We were able to go to the falls for the moonbow which was the highlight. Thanks for sharing your cottage for good memories .

It’s exactly as pictures show. It’s decorated really cute and cozy. It had everything my husband and I needed. It was super clean with a comfy bed and linen. The driveway was kind of hard to find and scary right on a curve. But taking the advice of host, we made rite turns out of driveway to turn around in a nearby parking lot. It does have a light near start of driveway which helps at night. We would for sure stay there again.

The cottage was wonderful and cozy. It was perfect for taking our large dog on our weekend trip. Large fenced in yard so I could have him off leash. Just a short drive to the restaurants and shops. Our host was wonderful and I would recommend this place.

Cute little cottage. Clean and as advertised. One pleasant surprise was the sheets. Buttery soft and smooth, making sleep so nice. It was great to have an area for our English bully as well. The only downside for us was the road noise which was yards away and unexpected. Not a dealbreaker for us because we always take earplugs just in case. :) Thank you Ms Rachael for sharing your cottage with us and our baby!!!

The place was just as described. We were looking for an affordable place clean and safe. This was just that. It is small but perfect for two people with two small dogs. We enjoyed sitting outside the last night with the pups. We enjoyed our stay. It is about 20 min to Cumberland falls which we loved. We drive about 40 min to big south Fork railways. We took the scenic train ride which was also very nice. Rachael the host is so easy and nice to work with. She responds back to questions quickly. If you’re looking for simple, clean and affordable check it out.
