During your stay at Waypoint Mesa, you’ll enjoy easy self-check-in with detailed arrival instructions sent before your trip. The entire home is yours to enjoy in privacy, and our local property manager is available by phone, text, or email for any questions or maintenance needs. While we give you space to unwind, we’re always happy to share local tips, recommend restaurants, or point you toward nearby golf courses, Spring Training games, and family-friendly activities.

We want your stay to be as relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable as possible. To help you plan ahead, please note the following:

• Primary Renter: Must be at least 25 years old.
• Peaceful Retreat: Out of respect for our neighbors, no parties or events are permitted.
• Pets & Smoking: Not allowed anywhere on the property.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM to maintain a restful environment for all.
• ID verification is required prior to check-in for security and compliance purposes
• Cancellation: A 3.9% non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations booked through this platform, regardless of when the reservation was made.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and all amenities, both indoor and outdoor. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, six bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms.

Outdoors, you’ll enjoy the heated pool (Oct–May), hot tub, private putting green, ping pong table, hanging chair, yard games, firepit with seating, and covered lanai with dining for 8. The BBQ grill and indoor game area with a pool table are also yours to use.

• The home features keyless entry for a smooth self-check-in, day or night.
• We’ll provide detailed arrival instructions before your stay.

⚙️ Pool Equipment

• Please do not remove or tamper with the pool equipment, as this may cause damage and prevent the pool from staying clean during your stay.

🚗 Parking

• 1 vehicle may park in the garage (note: water heater placement may limit space for longer vehicles).
• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles.

🔒 Safety & Security

• Exterior cameras are located at the front door (covering the porch), garage (covering the driveway), near the pool equipment (covering part of the pool and fire pit), and by the garage back door (covering part of the hot tub). These cameras are motion and audio-activated and used for guest safety only.
• A Minut noise detection device is installed on the lanai/outside (monitors decibel levels only; does not record).
• There are no interior cameras on the property or in any private spaces.

There are no shared spaces — you’ll have complete privacy to enjoy Waypoint Mesa.

A car is recommended for getting around, as it offers the most flexibility to explore Mesa and the surrounding areas. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for shorter trips or nights out. The home has easy freeway access to Loop 202 and US 60, making it convenient to reach attractions in Phoenix, Tempe, and Scottsdale, as well as spring training stadiums, golf courses, shopping, and dining.

You’ll receive a link after booking. This step takes about 2 minutes and is required to finalize your stay. Your information is encrypted and never shared with us.
