We enjoyed our stay so much. Slow mornings on the back porch enjoying coffee and conversation, great location for day trips in surrounding areas, and then sitting around the fire pit in the evening roasting marshmallows. We appreciated all the little extras this house included to make our stay special.

This was the perfect spot for some friends to get away for a few days. The location is great, house was super clean, the decor was the cutest and it was the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. What a wonderful experience our girls trip had and the home was a huge part of that success! The house was clean, kitchen fully stocked, I typically bring lots of things from my kitchen when we rent a home, and to my surprise I didn’t need anything I had packed as it was already available! If we ever travel back to that area again, will definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at this house and it was amazing for a summer visit. Pool time, beautiful covered back deck, super comfy outdoor seating, and dinners grilled outside! Our host Sherral thoughtfully provided everything you need for a weekend or weeks stay at Southall Villa. We loved our morning time outside visiting with family and friends and the location is perfect for exploring the Nashville area, we loved visiting Leiper’s Fork Distillery and attended Open Mic night at Fox and Locke! We highly recommend Sherral and Southall Villa!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Everything was well thought out and decorated. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows and comfy blankets. We loved the bonus game room. We also had a fun time hanging out on the back deck which had spots for those who want to be in the sun and the shade. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The smore bar with and popcorn was an extra added touch. A couple of things I wish they would have had was a tv in the master bedroom and charging ports by the beds. But anything that change the experience.

This home has all the comforts of our own home! The kitchen is a chef’s dream, the beds/pillows/blankets are so amazing, and the family game room was a wonderful place to hang out as a family. The coffee bar was great too. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and an added surprise for our stay. The location was a perfect distance to all areas we had plans for. We loved staying at this home so much we booked it for our return visit in the summer! We highly recommend this home!

The home is spotless and very well appointed. It’s feels very homey and has wonderful bedding and throws with lots of pillows and plushies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Franklin. The owner was wonderful about communicating. The swimming pool area and the game room were wonderful as well and we loved the firpit!! All in all a great home!!!

Amazing!! I’m officially a vrbo customer for life because of our stay. Everything about this house was beautifully done from the game room to the cocktail bar. Giant fenced in backyard with a fire pit and smores for the kids as well. Tons of fur blankets which our girls loved to snuggle up in to watch movies on a cold November night. Also it's right next to Southall Farm & Inn which is a huge plus.

We loved our stay. The home had everything we needed for our family. The host was so receptive and communicative during our two weeks. Coffee on the deck was our favorite place to relax as well as the pool area!

This home was a perfect spot for our reading retreat weekend! We loved the indoor and outdoor spaces! The covered back porch with a cozy couch was a favorite!

This place had everything and more! The game room and pool were absolutely fantastic, keeping both the kids and the adults fully entertained throughout our stay. The property delivers well above and beyond expectations, and it was clean with all amenity we could possibly need. The check in process was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and great to communicate with from start to finish. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Franklin and the surrounding area. We would absolutely stay here again!
