Questo cottage incorniciato da 10 anni su ordinazione con travi e travi in legno dispone di 3 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali. 2 camere a castello piccole con 2 letti ognuna.
4 bagni, (1) pieno al secondo piano (1 1/2) al piano principale e (1) pieno nel seminterrato. Primo piano a concetto aperto con cucina completamente attrezzata. Grande sala con TV a schermo piatto e camino. Uscire scantinato con tavolo da biliardo e tavolo da air hockey. Tutta la casa è cablata per la musica con i controlli del volume in ogni stanza e la semplice interfaccia del lettore mp3!

Enorme terrazza coperta affacciata sul tranquillo fiume Saco. Kayak, nuoto e pesca dal cortile. Grande pozzo del fuoco situato nel cortile sul retro. Amaca e molti posti a sedere all'aperto inclusi. Sentiero pedonale mantenuto intorno ai 3 acri.

Tutto ciò che un vacanziere vorrebbe tutto in 5 minuti a un'ora di auto da casa. O semplicemente rilassati, goditi la proprietà, il ponte e il pigro fiume Saco

The Brownfield cabin was the perfect sojourn for our Maine getaway. The huge property, right on the Saco River, was tranquil, with great river views and plenty of fireside chats. The hosts provide everything needed for small or large family gatherings. The furniture is high quality, with comfortable bedding and every kitchen accessory needed. Linda, the host, responded quickly to every question, making our experience very comfortable. Well worth the visit.

8/28/26. What a nice, relaxing week. The property is exactly as the photos show. Plenty of room for seven of us. The fire pit area and the grounds were very maintained and enjoyable. Coffee and cocktails on the deck, very relaxing. You feel like you died and went to heaven sleeping on the master bed. Windows open all week. No need for the AC. Let the fresh air in!

This was an amazing stay. Every detail of this house was thought out and beautifully put together. We stayed in February and the kids absolutely loved the sledding hill and provided tubes. The pool table and air hockey were definitely a favorite as well. Thanks to the owners for helping provide some amazing family memories!

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, meticulously maintained, warm and inviting. The house layout is perfect for spending time together while also having plenty of room to spread out. The game room in the basement and the backyard sledding were big hits for all ages. The homeowner & caretaker are terrific and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property and we hope to be back.

House is beautifully crafted and in a prime location for all the winter fun. Our two families had plenty of space to relax and enjoyed walking along the Saco, sledding on the property and fires and movies at night. 100 coming back in the summer to enjoy it in nice weather.

This rental was one our best so far! The house is fantastic with lots of room for multiple families. Check-in was easy, the kitchen is well equipped and the entire place was very clean! The grounds are also quite impressive. From the firepit to the large deck and down the path to the river, it's a perfect place to play or relax. We will definitely keep this place on our list to stay again...maybe next time in the winter!

Family River Fun

Beautiful large home right on the Saco river. The house inside and out was loaded with things to do, i.e., tree fort, fishing, swimming, ping pong table, pool table, arcade, fire pit, huge deck , We brought our kayaks and large 12 person rubber raft and had a blast on the river. Also, for a day trip, 40 minutes to StoryLand. We will definitely return.

Incredible house and location

The post and beam house is INCREDIBLE and decorated to a tee. The location on the Saco was great for fishing and kayaking - and close to North Conway. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away but still have plenty to do.

Great house, amazing for kids and super comfortable!

We vacationed with our 2 and 4 year old kids and had a wonderful time. The house is perfect for kids with outdoor swings, sandbox and play room downstairs. We would love to come back!!

This is the first rental we've stayed in that had flat bottom cookware. The worked great on the cook-top. The stairs are tricky. I fell on them and am still nursing a sore shoulder.

Very nice place with amenities for all ages.

Amazing place, very well maintained, they thought of everything when they built this place. Plenty of space, things to do and tons of nice would work and decor to look at. You would have a tough time finding a better property to rent for you and your family.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We picked the sleepy town of Brownfield Maine to build our 3,000 square foot cottage because of the easy access to everything we might like to do including: the arts (music, local artists, craftsmen etc) including Stone Mountain arts Center. Hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating. Less then 1 hour to old Orchard Beach, or Freeport. Shopping and great restaurants of all types. Nearly (20) Ski resorts within an hour drive. Snowmobile and snowshoe trail access directly across the street.

Just about everything you would want to do from minutes to max 1 hour away.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We fell in love with the beautiful park like setting, to build our home. The ever changing Saco river is mesmerizing. We have the only peninsula on the river which we go to often and sit on our swing. It feels like a golden pond. Being so close to the river allows us to witness nature in all her beauty. To see turkeys, eagles, ducks, and deer. Are all part of the beauty of this place. A small piece of heaven.
