This home and property is beautiful, from the minute you pull in you're happy to be here! Watching the deer and cows next door graze was so peaceful. We were in town for the Round Top shopping so not a lot of time spent but would rent again just to relax for a few days. The house is very clean and they paid attention to many details ex. the charging stations in the bedrooms and den. Plenty of plugs for all your phones, IPads and watch. It's about 25 minutes to RT and Burton has some cute shops too! Seafood restaurant was very good with top notch service. The owners are quick to reply to any of your needs or questions. Be sure to bring a bag of ice with you if you want to make drinks as no ice maker in fridge. We were lucky and someone had left a bag - could have been the host. They also leave some snacks, plenty of coffee and creamers if you forget your own. The host states all this but wanted to mention how gracious they are with supplies!! Some home provide very little but not here. Also, having the electric gate at the entrance is confronting when it's just girls. You won't be disappointed renting this home.

I rented this property for a Christmas gift to send some great friends to visit Round Top. I don’t know how many times they texted me and told me what a great place they were enjoying. In fact one of the friends added a an additional night for the crew to stay one more night! I will definitely be a returning customer! Makes my heart smile knowing that they enjoyed every second. The communication made check in flawless! Thank you Barbara and Marvin!

The house was so perfect. It was super clean and comfortable. We had so many laughs playing the available board games and fishing at the pond on the property was so much fun too. We all caught a fish and each morning we woke to see deer in the backyard. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Memories were made!

Everything is curated for the best experience ever!! Starting with the welcome messages to the cleanliness of the place, every little detail has been perfectly planned. Makeup remover wipes delicious luxurious shampoo. They have kitchen essentials and even more extras.As if you were in your own home. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm, intentional and beautifully put together. Being the very first guests made it even more special.The home was spotless, fully stocked and the welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch. I also loved the welcome book — it was beautifully put together and so informative. The owners communicated with care every time I had a question. The décor feels like home, the layout flows perfectly and the property itself is peaceful and gorgeous.I truly wish we could’ve stayed the entire weekend. I’ll definitely be returning.
