With 3 cozy bedrooms including a queen bed, full bed, and futon, guests will find the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy the pleasant heating and AC amenities throughout the property. Fall in love with Toledo and enjoy the magic it has to offer. This house backs up to a public bike trail making for a great, peaceful view off the large back patio. And a convenient place to walk and/or bike. As well as a large fenced in backyard, great for dogs. This property is centrally located in the heart of Toledo, just a few miles from Downtown Toledo, The University of Toledo, Toledo Hospital, Franklin Park Mall and countless great local restaurants, breweries and shops. Whether its a short weekend getaway or a long business stay, this home will be a great place to come back to each day and relax. Run by local owners who care about our guests experience. We feel this house is best suited for 4 people, although it can sleep 5 with the futon.

This is a great place to land in Toledo. Easy access to everything in the area - UT campus, medical facilities, parks. Very clean, comfortable, well appointed. Host is attentive, easy to reach if needed. Loved the “Toledo” touches. Highly recommend and will keep it on our list of faves.

The host was amazing. Very helpful and quick to respond when vrbo did not send the pin information. The home was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Neighborhood was peaceful and near everywhere I planned to visit. Backyard was perfect for relaxing evenings after busy days. We will be staying here again during our next visit.

This home was perfect for our month long visit. Location was good for our visits to family and friends in the area with easy access to the nearby expressway. Plenty of shopping to choose from nearby as well. We made good use of the back deck by grilling and having dinner out there and sat out there with company a few nights. The house is nicely updated and the kitchen well stocked with essentials. The water pressure in the shower is great and plenty hot. I made good use of the "office" room, working there every day. It's nice to have a dedicated room for this and the wifi strength was good. We used the upper bedroom and found the mattress quite comfortable and loved the ceiling fan. The washer and dryer are good-sized models and worked well. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Needed a place to stay for 3 nights close to my wife’s continuing education course. I also needed a place I could work comfortably while she was in class. We looked at hotels nearby and this was a much better value. Everything was as listed. House was clean and everything was in good working order. We did not need it, but there was a washer and dryer as well. I need reliable internet for my work and had no issues whatsoever. The host was very responsive and provided recommendations on great local restaurants which we enjoyed. House is close to ProMedica and University of Toledo. Also close to any shopping you may need. Off Street parking and what appeared to be very safe neighborhood. We would book again if she needs to return for additional classes in the future.

When you turn on to the street it has a safe, welcoming feel. It is centrally located to so many places. The house is small but comfy and cozy. The backyard bring great privacy, especially with the bike path behind the house.
