we have stayed in this condo multiple times and love it! great location right on the corner across from the pool and gym, close parking spot, all the supplies you need in the kitchen and for the beach. host was responsive and kind. we will be back this fall!

Absolutely wonderful!

Absolutely wonderful! Close to the beach, pool and hot tub. Walkable restaurants. Before you use the foodland 20% off coupon, compare their prices to the ABC store not too far down the way. Thanks to the host for such a wonderful stay!!

This unit was perfect for us.

This unit was perfect for us. On the ground floor and overlooking the grounds, it is easy to get to and from the pool areas and has grass right in front for kids to play. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, also with in-suite laundry and two bathrooms. The property manager was very helpful and responsive for anything we needed.

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands. The condo itself had a home-y feel and two bathrooms were definitely something we appreciated. The bedroom is a little dark as it faces the back of the building and there was sometimes a little bit of noise from people walking around. Other than that I dont have anything negative to say, really. The whole property is very laid back and peaceful. There's a pool, a little gym and a bbq place you can use.

15 year anniversary!

This place was perfect .. great location, well supplied kitchen as well as beach and pool items. All we had to do was shop for our food and that was easy with several store options. Would come again in a heart beat and rent the same location.

Loved this property!

We come to Maui once or twice a year and this condo was the best place we have stayed! It was so clean with good linens and towels! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! The a/c worked great which is sometimes hard to find! The owner was very responsive to calls and emails and followed up quickly! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful grounds, this condo was fully stocked with all that is needed for a stay. It was very apparent that the owners took pride in this condo and wanted to make sure guests had what they needed for a great vacation. Perfect for us!

Great stay! Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at Kamaole Sands. The unit had nice upgrades, the kitchen was well stocked w/ appliances and utensils and the beds were super cozy! It was so nice to have a Murphy bed instead of just a pullout couch :). The unit itself is close to the pool which my kids really enjoyed. My family and I will definitely consider staying in this fantastic unit again!

Great ground floor unit!

We spent a week here and we were surprised at how quiet and convenient it was. This is a great unit for a couple with quick access to the grounds. It is very close to the pool but not noisy at all. Well situated to catch the evening breeze to cool off.

Updated condo with great amenities

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights recently and had a fantastic stay. The owners have done a fantastic job at decorating the unit with newer linens, furniture, decor etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We used the BBQ grill every night too! I would 100% stay here again.

mostly perfect in all regards! The only low point was the somewhat unfriendliness of the restort staff. Otherwise we plan on staying here again!
