The units were nice and in a great location. The best part was how amazing the AvantStay service was. I had a number to text them, and they always responded quickly. 10/10 service. I will seek out AvantStay properties in the future.

What a fantastic time my family and friends had attending my commencement this weekend. Milestones are meant to be shared, and what a place. Walking distance to restaurants and bars was a definite plus. Until next time, Nashville.

Perfect amount of space. The bedroom to bathroom ratio was great. The beds were very comfortable. The living furniture was not comfortable at all. Between the 2 houses there was only 1 comfortable chair. There was no dining area in the one unit, and not enough in the other definitely not enough for 12 people, and we only had 10. Great location.

Thank you for the honest review! We're glad the space and the bedroom-to-bathroom ratio worked well for your group, and that the beds were comfortable. We appreciate you flagging the living room furniture and the dining seating — that's really useful feedback for a group your size, and it's been passed along to our team to look into. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

The area was great so many restaurants, easy rides to Broadway. The listing said sleeps 24 but there were only beds for 20 and no pullouts or space for 4 more. The host was not accepting of this concern but after continued urging, a day later finally had 2 air mattresses dropped off but no bedding. All the doors were squeaky, the showers leak water all over the bathroom floor, kitchen missing basic items, deadbolt was broken, no hand towels in the bathrooms, no kitchen linens, spider webs in kitchen pendant lights, lacking towels for 24 people (1 per person for 20 but listing was for 24). We made our own fun and had a great time.

Check in process was delayed. AC's weren't working. House codes weren't working. Other than that the experience was ok.

Thank you for staying with us, and we're glad the visit was still an overall positive one. We're sorry your arrival didn't reflect the level of care we aim to provide, and we understand the frustration of a delayed start. The cooling issue on the first floor has since been addressed, and your feedback on the check-in and access experience has been shared with the team responsible for the home. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and should you consider staying with us again, we'd welcome a smoother welcome from the first moment.

These two apartments were great for our group of 16! Enough bedrooms and beds for everyone. The location is absolutely incredible — close to so many awesome bars and restaurants and a quick ride to Broadway.
