Il bello, cucina mobile in legno è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili cristalleria, stoviglie e attrezzature da cucina che dovrete fare, e servire, il vostro piatto cucinato in casa preferito. Le quattro camere da letto pi�� soppalco, tre unità bagno offre tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari; forno a microonde, fornelli, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e macchinetta del caffè. Godetevi il vostro pasto nel comfort della vostra unità al bar alto piano con posti a sedere per quattro persone o il tavolo da pranzo con posti a sedere per sei.

I due grandi divani soffici e sedie laterali sono sicuri di fornire il relax che meritate in vacanza. Che tu stia guardando un DVD sul televisore o leggere il tuo libro vacanza con una tazza di cioccolata calda, il calore del camino a gas vi farà sentire come a casa. We had a great stay here. Property was clean and within walking distance to Mainstreet and the upper village pool. The only negative was no pizza pan or 9x13 for making food since we stayed 4 days.

Location and garage parking was the best perk to this location! Communication was also top notch. Not that they are negative things but the place is dated and with temps hotter than normal, a solution to bring AC into the unit would be a plus! The master room was very hot and unfortunately there were no screens in the windows so we could not cool it down overnight which made it a bit uncomfortable.

The whole process was just very easy. The host was communicative and easy to get a hold of and we LOVE the keypad entry so no one has to keep track of individual keys! The new hot tub in the building was also very nice!

We stayed in late June 2026 in a penthouse suite. Not sure if the 60-70's was typical temp outside but this unit got very warm inside and had no a/c. Only the sliding doors had screens so opening the bedroom windows was a no. However bugs didn't seem to be much of an issue. It had some box fans but they were loud and not very effective as the upstairs bedrooms were very warm. The unit was in a great location, close to downtown and other sites within walking distance or short drive. The pool is not onsite and at another location a close walk across the road and down a bit. It was a little inconvenient and very busy every time the kids went. Can't imagine walking over there in the winter in your bathing attire. Community laundry . Over all a clean and comfy unit. It is a little outdated and could however benefit from a refresh from wear and tear, squeaky doors and loose door handles. Not a fan of the seating arrangement for meals in. Could use a few more chairs around the table. Considering being near downtown Breckinridge, it is a good value if you are not bothered by my nitpicking, and worth considering if you have a bigger party for an extended stay together. Ceiling fans, window screens, a zoned mini-split, and some general updating would elevate his unit to a must stay.

Great times with great snowy mountains

Property was great and location was amazing. Only issue is broken hot tub, crazy to let that remain broken there is that many people visiting daily.

Excellent location, large and comfortable condo. Only criticisms: lack of washer/dryer in the condo--shared washer on some floors, not practical during busy season; Garage access from lobby was not well marked; and condo door did not auto lock.

Great for families and an easy walk to town.

Nice accommodations for large families. The upper floor gets a bit warm on summer days due to no windows being upstairs for circulation. I can definitely see the benefit to staying in this condo during ski season. Great location and a short walk to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Great Long Ski Weekend

My family of 4 really enjoyed this location. It is so close to the base of Peak 9 - walking out with your skis to the lift and skiing back in for breaks is ideal if you enjoy Peak 9. Overall, this rental has ample space (grandparents were able to stay with us for a couple of nights) and a functional kitchen for eating meals in and relaxing together. We really enjoy the hot tub on site - will be great if the other gets firxed - as well as those close by. Thanks again for a fun, quick stay!

My husband and I booked this property for a fun week with our 6 kids + 3 boyfriends ages 15-29. This property was perfect for our large crew. Access to skiing was great! Would recommend to others!

Great condo and location

Now sure why this condo doesn’t have a 10 rating. Everything was first rate. Must have been a renovation since the lower ratings. Checkin was flawless. Great location! Will stay here again. They send you a code to get into the room and that is all you need to get started.

Old but great location

Great location for a “ski in ski out” place to stay in Breckenridge. Definitely in need of a makeover, as everything in the condo is old and dated….even the jacuzzi and sauna. Outstanding communications with the staff for any issues and the “check in and check out” process.

Great location

This unit is a little bit dated and shows a little wear and tear, but this was not significant enough to diminish our stay. The location was great, walk to downtown. Enjoyed the hot tub but didn't try the pool. We arrived early and couldn't park in the lot until the unit became available even though there were many empty spaces. Key pickup was a separate location. I wish I could give this 4.5 stars.

Could have been better

The communication and customer service was not great. Upon arrival, we found that an electrical outlet was missing a cover, the curtain rod was broken, and the hot tubs at the facility were still out of order. There was no flexibility on two parking spots and we were charged for a missing blanket. We will not be staying here again.

We're terribly sorry to hear that your experience was not up to our usual standard of excellence. This certainly was a perfect storm. As far as the communication, we apologize again. We were in the middle of a software migration, and we know we had a few days that our texting features were intermittent. And (as you know) we've just re-done the entire condo, and the painter broke a curtain rod and an outlet cover. We didn't feel like it was worth asking you not to stay there over those few things. As far as the hot tubs and parking... those are incredibly frustrating to us as well. Those items managed by the HOA and we have no control over them. But we continue to press them to fix the hot tubs.
