Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. We take these concerns very seriously and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We understand the frustration regarding the freezer taking an extended time to make ice, as well as the issue with the microwave powering on but not heating properly. We will have both appliances inspected immediately. We are especially concerned to hear about the grill issue, as safety is a top priority. The ignitor problem and resulting gas buildup will be addressed without delay. We also apologize for the cleanliness concerns with the floors. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will be following up closely with our housekeeping team. Regarding the sewer odor in the bathrooms, we appreciate you notifying us during your stay so we could arrange to have the septic tank serviced. We sincerely apologize that the issue returned afterward, and we will investigate further to resolve the problem permanently. Lastly, due to the surrounding trees and wind conditions, the pool can occasionally require additional maintenance. We understand this may have been inconvenient during your stay.
