Great location. Easy to get to downtown Livingston, Yellowstone, Tom Miner Basin (grizzlies), and hot springs. Easy to get to Bozeman airport. The house was plenty big enough for 8 adults. Well equipped. The Mountain and Yellowstone River views were absolutely stunning. Wildlife right outside the house. Hot tub was perfect for stargazing. We all want to go back.

Perfect and peaceful house right on the Yellowstone. Kitchen is stocked. We BBQd nightly and slept well at night. Easy walk to the river and less than 20 mins to Livingston.

This property is very near Yellowstone Valley Lodge where we attended a wedding. The house was great for our multigenerational family. Three bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with a nice family room with pool table and games. The Yellowstone River is very close to the house, but the access point is very regulated and you must stay within distinct boundaries when walking to the river. The walk is about 200 yards from the house. Overall, the house worked great for relatives to come and go to local highlights and then be ready to attend a fabulous wedding at a neighboring venue. And the view from the balcony is exactly as advertised and is breathtaking! We appreciated the opportunity to stay here.

We could not have picked a better place for us. We absolutely loved the setting. The beauty of inside or outside, looking out the back to the mountains and the river was phenomenal. We had plenty of room for the 12 of us, 10 adults and 2 children. We made lifetime memories. It’s a bit of a drive to get to the north park entrance but the trade off was the setting and being closer to Livingston. I highly recommend this house.

Overall awesome experience. Great family vacation. Tons of room for big families. Pool table needs updated all rails are dead. Other then that awesome stay.

JT was very accomodating. The location worked out well for us as far getting to where we wanted to be, Mammoth Hot Springs, Yellowstone and riding trails. The kitchen was very well stocked with small appliances, cooking and baking pans. There was plenty of dishes and glassware. The view out the back deck were fantastic!Thank you for providing a place for our family to make a very happy memory!

The location is perfect if you are looking for a spot close to Livingston and Emigrant. The house is plenty big for multiple families or friends. It is land locked though so even though it is right in the Yellowstone River, you need to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to a spot you can access the river to fish or raft.

Thanks for leaving a review…so glad you and your family had a fantastic stay! To clarify, I just walked down to the river at a casual pace and it was under two minutes to get to one of the nicest beaches on the Yellowstone River. While we could have moved the path to the river to be a 30 second walk, we have found that our guests preferred being at the “beach” instead of a rocky bank…thus the reason for the two minute walk to the river. Thanks again for staying with us!!

The house was perfect for our group. It was clean and well maintained. We had a group of 9 including 5 children and there was plenty of space to spread out The views from the house were fantastic! The location was excellent to visit Livingston, Gardiner, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone, and more. I would most certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay during a visit to Montana!

Location! Location! Location! We stayed here a week with our 3 daughters and their young families to attend my niece's wedding at Sage Lodge. We were 8 adults (4 couples) and 3 toddlers. The house set up is perfect for young families. The location of the house is beautiful and very close to Livingston, local bars and restaurants and to Yellowstone.

Paradise Valley Vacation

The view from the deck is absolutely spectacular! House is very well equipped and a great location between Livingston and Gardiner. It was so roomy for the 8 of us.

Exceeded expectations

The process was very easy and the manager was very helpful. The location was ideal for visiting Yellowstone and could not have been any better in comfort, cleanliness and location.

Very relaxed stay in Paradise Valley

My son, and his best fishing buddy, and two of my best buddies buddies came to Livingston to celebrate a couple of us retirement, fish together, and enjoy the week. The Green Acres lodge was perfect for our size group of 5 men. We all enjoyed the week and the view from the back deck was spectacular.
