Tannenbaum dal fiume condomini sono una delle nostre destinazioni più popolari con la sua comoda posizione nei pressi del comprensorio sciistico. Situato in una zona boscosa, queste unità sono proprio accanto al Blue River che scorre sotto torreggianti alberi di abete rosso blu. Senti la vera esperienza del Colorado mentre vi rilassate sul vostro balcone privato con il fiume che scorre sotto.

A meno di cinque minuti a piedi dalla Super presidente Quicksilver al Peak 9 Base Area, fare una breve passeggiata su un ponte e iniziare la giornata di sci. Quando hai finito sciare fino alla base e tornare a piedi attraverso il ponte al complesso e prendere rifugio nella vostra unità. Se la vita notturna è quello che stai cercando, si tratta di una breve passeggiata per il Peak 9 Village e tutti i ristoranti e negozi su Park Avenue e Main Street, nel cuore del centro cittadino.

Potrete godere di stare in questo, all'ultimo piano aperto, due camere da letto e tre unità bagno che offre una splendida vista sul fiume blu. L'unità recentemente aggiornato dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili da cucina e sala da pranzo, così come un tavolo da pranzo unica six-eight persona. Se il vostro gruppo richiede più spazio, utilizzare la barra di controsoffitto della cucina con posti a sedere per tre.

Il soggiorno ha soffitti a volta, una roccia stravaganti decorata e camino a legna, nonché un divano in pelle immenso che permette di rilassarsi durante la visione di un film sul 32 'TV a schermo piatto. Questa unità 1.475 piedi quadrati può ospitare fino a dieci persone tra le due camere da letto, ciascuna con due letti Queen, e il soppalco con due letti singoli. Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was clean and quiet. It was so nice to be able to sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the mornings. The big windows were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a wonderful place to stay. The condo is fully equipped, and even left us some detergent to wash clothes even though washer/dryer were not advertised as included inside the condo (we think, unless we missed reading the descriptions), which we really appreciated. Super convenient and close to everything in town. Heaters worked great to keep us warm. Beautiful surrounding scenery. Our grown up kids wished to stay a little longer! Communication was very prompt and helpful.

Great Location and Spacing

Was very pleased with my stay at this property. It was in a very centralized location which made it easy to get around regardless if you were going to the slopes or downtown to eat. This property was also very spacious fitting everyone comfortably.

The property looks just like the photos. Great for our party of 8. Loved that it had 3 bathrooms. Close to the slopes (once we figured out the short cut). We never could find the hot tub/ pool.

Family stay at Tannebaum 301

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would say we felt the lighting was a tad dark in all of the rooms and the closet space was pretty limited. But, it was cozy for us all and great location for the slopes.

This property was very cute. Great location. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. If you are staying here, recommend using the free ride system. House was stocked with all the cooking things you could need. Loved falling asleep and waking up hearing the creek.

Short walk to downtown, good hub for multiple activities. Very spacious rooms. Mattress situation as others described…had to switch beds after the first night.

My group had a great experience dealing with ski country. Easy check-in and check-out. The condo was cozy and the wood burning fireplace was a nice touch. PS: all wood was supplied on the side of the building for free.

Nice place with great view of river

Condo was very comfortable and roomy. Excellent view of the river, two large bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each. Loft with single beds also included but didn't use. Wood burning fireplace and wood to burn was included. Pillows could use some updating, very thick. I would definitely stay again.

Nice for 10 people

Fairly well kept, however we could not use hot tub bc of suspect leaks, perhaps a sign notifying renters should be posted NOT to use hot tub, roll-a-way had no mattress Overall the property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. As far as i know there was no AC, glad we were there in cooler weather

Great clean Condo!

The condo was perfect! Very clean, easy check in. We had great communication with the management. They texted us with all the info we needed to check in and out. It was very easy and clear. Location was great! We literally parked the car and walked all weekend. Took advantage of the free bus service. Even took the bus to Frisco and back one day for free! We had a great get away with our daughter and her 2 friends. Would definitely go back! Absolutely loved the creek right behind the condo. It was beautiful! I highly recommend staying here!

“Secluded” in Breckinridge

We had to make this reservation on the fly, since we were supposed to be in Estes. However, Estes evacuated on our drive and we had to change plans. The condo had a nice view of the creek and the woods (no view of a bunch of other condos!). It was easy to walk to town (less than 5 minutes). It was a quiet weekend in Breck, so that helped not having many people in the condos. The condo could use a little updating (needs essentials such as measuring cups, teaspoon/tablespoons, cookie sheets, etc.). Also, the disposal, microwave door, and part of the inside of the refrigerator were broken. Overall, it was a nice weekend and the condo was a nice place to be with the family.

Perfect Family Ski Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just like the pictures but better! We had 6 adults and had plenty of room. There was enough room for everyone to sit on couch and the dining table! We cooked several meals and had everything we needed! The bedrooms are spacious and the loft was very cozy. The only complaint was the Queen beds and running out of toilet paper. The view was beautiful and looked out into the forest and river. The wood burning fireplace was great, and the wood was provided! Walked to the Quicksilver lift and stored our skis and boots at the Charter Rental inside the Marriott. We also used the Free Ski Country shuttle when we went to town for dinner. We will definitely be back!
