What a great place! The location is fabulous - right downtown in Sandpoint. You can easily walk to lots of restaurants and shops.The place itself was very comfortable, super clean, and decorated tastefully. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I agreed this property was overall the best condo we have ever stayed in. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has every amenity you could wish for.On top of that the condo is two blocks away from a state beach park on Lake Pend Orielle. Our girls loved swimming there.You will not find a bigger wrap around outside terrace anywhere. I could go on all day. It is 20 miles from Silverwood and the neighborhood has fabulous restaurants and unique shops.

The condo was wonderful. It’s on the third floor of a building downtown, walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and local businesses. Great location, amazing views from the many windows, roomy place, wrap around decks, comfortable bed. Daugherty property management were wonderful hosts. There were a couple minor hiccups at the start, they were very attentive and helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a great stay!
