House was very inviting, loved the location close to shops etc. Beds were so comfortable, AC was heavenly in this August Texas heat. Kitchen was outfitted nicely. This is not beach front or beach view, just an FYI. But overall a great spot.

We had a wonderful 4- night stay at the house in Crystal Beach! The house was exactly liked pictured! The neighborhood was very quite and well kept. The house was the perfect temperature when we arrived. The bed was super comfy in the master bedroom. We would definitely rent this beach house again.

House was clean and pet friendly. The porch has a gate for a dog to stay. The beds were comfortable and it is steps from the beach.

The bed blankets were very dirty, and there was a lot of sand between them. There was dust on the furniture, and the bathroom curtains smelled bad.

Clean bedding and a fresh-smelling bathroom are basic expectations, and we apologize for the dirty blankets, sand, dust, and odor you found. We’ll address this with our housekeeping team immediately — deep clean the property, launder/replace bedding and curtains, and increase pre-arrival inspections to prevent this in the future. Property was clean when we arrived. One recommendation would be to clearly state both front door keys were located in the lock boxes inside the floor level shower, not a big deal, but the way I read the instructions, it sounded like the front door had an electronic lock and lock boxes were provided inside the property. Again, nitpicking. Perhaps a video on how to lock the front door also, took a few minutes the first time, I felt like I’d break the handle, but it’s peace of mind knowing the door was hurricane rated. I will say the floors had a lot of separation between planks, I assume due to configuration of the house, being in a slight flood plain, lol, it sways a bit in the wind. Being able to park underneath was also peace of mind. All in all, we’d definitely recommend this property to others and will likely consider this property for future vacations.
