Very spacious stay that was very accommodating for our needs. Place comes ready to go, with very easy entry for your stay. Large backyard that’s fenced in with plenty of room for yard games. The neighborhood that it is in is very quiet with quick and easy access to main highways, just minutes away from convenience stores or a Walmart. Would definitely consider this same rental for the next visit to the area!

The space was more than adequate for our group, towels were worn and sparse. Kitchen was not stocked for use for meals but enough for our Spudfest weekend needs.

Air conditioner was not working and it was 95% outside. Smoke alarm on a vaulted ceiling was chirping. Had to borrow a neighbors ladder to remove it. The place was not very clean. Other than that it would have been a very nice place. It was huge.

This was exactly what we needed for the weekend. The large fenced backyard was great for the kids to run around and the multiple bedrooms gave us ample space for quiet naps. Both our grocery and food delivery people did not have issue finding the location and the neighborhood seemed very nice.

House was good for traveling with a group of kids for a sports event. We did have to run and get hand soap, toilet paper and enough towels for everyone. There was no pot holder for using the oven but we managed. Overall it was warm and comfortable- we just needed to grab a few things to make it a little more convenient.

We started out a little rough as in the host never got back to me with a code to get the key. The house was absolutely awesome for our get together very spacious and clean (except we think the showers should be bleached they have a little mold) Must be an owner new to rentals as there were no hot pads and hardly any pans NO glasses (but plenty of coffee cups) very few bath, hand towels or washcloths. I think if the dishes and towel, hotpads were addressed this place would be a 10/10!

The only complaint i have is the truck being parked in the driveway. We had a elderly person with us it made it challenging to get in and out. It should atleast be parked farther way not in the best parking spot. All twin size beds except the main bedroom, that was a surprise but we managed.

Kitchen needs equipment stocking desperately, bathrooms need deep clean (mold), some lights don't work. Furnishings are adequate, tho. There should not be a truck in driveway blocking parking. If these things were addressed, we would consider coming again. People renting like the little extras that don't cost much, but make them feel special. It goes a long way. Good luck on your new venture.

The space was great for visiting and entertaining, I would rent again but they need to do some work. Slow to respond, never shoveled after snow or cleaned off steps going in house, there is no information book on codes internet, Tv, fireplace doesn’t work etc. multiple lights out, 5 different bulbs in dining light, no kitchen utensils, limited dishes, no kitchen towels, 1 garbage bag! And only 3 towels, living room fan has inches of dirt hanging from it, like I said this, Could be a great place with some effort and more supplies,

dirty kitchen, inside of fridge dirty,crumbs etc. fingerprints all over appliances, some dirty dishes counter tops dirty. when light is at the right angle you can see where there was some liquid running down living room walls, ceiling fan has never been cleaned. i didn't need all of the driveway, but there was a car in driveway, and garage

The house was clean and the host was friendly. Plenty of parking and a large outside yard. There was a lack of kitchen supplies, so I recommend bringing your own.
