Refreshing and relaxing !

Great time, place was clean and spacious. So glad you had beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.. one thing you need to get rid of the couch pillows, they smell . Couch and chairs need replaced, lumpy, cushions wore out and uncomfortable. We had a houseguest I named Leo the lizard, he is still there. Not sure if it’s a gecko.

Great place to stay

My family and I had a great experience staying here for the week. Great location for 2 restaurants you can walk to as well as driving to either Rehoboth or Lewes Beach.

Nice location and place

We enjoyed our stay for the week. Nice restaurants within walking distance, easy to get to biking trails and no steps. Lots of little perks inside. A big plus for us is the ability to bring our dog as she’s part of our family. We will definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed the condo, it was a great stay. The location makes it really easy to get to downtown Lewes and Rehoboth. We also really enjoyed taking walks around the very nice neighborhood. This was our second stay here and we’d definitely recommend it!

Quiet cozy place.great location.

property was nestled in a nice quiet development yet still a great location close to everything. Condo wAs well stocked with everything you would need. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!

I can't say enough good things about this rental. It's in a quiet complex with pool access, pet friendly, short drive to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. The unit itself was clean, had a washer/dryer, a screened in porch and each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Communication was great, check-in and check-out were so easy. Highly recommend!

Great place

This property was bery nice. Onsite pool close proximity to Henlopen,Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey beaches. The only negative was yhe livingroom TV did not work. It needs to be replaced. Everything else was great.

Nice Stay

We had a nice stay. We were informed of "a sprinkler inspection" what they did not tell us was that every time they tested a unit (+100), the whole neighborhood was beeping constantly, starting at 10:0 am. We have to get up and get out of there. The place is nice and comfortable. The cleaning crew need to do more, especially in the kitchen and in the balcony.

Terrible support when sewage dripped from the second floor

The area is a fine area and the location is quite adequate. The apartment is comfortable and there should have been a solid 4 rating here but…… Toilet water, very smelly toilet water, was dripping from the ceiling into the tile floor and toilet in our room. Obviously, that is horrible but not the sites fault or able to be anticipated. The problem arose trying to get support. The emergency line for the management company went unanswered. The voicemail was full. Trying to reach the main office of the company was useless as they were closed. Emails were sent. We stuck out Wednesday night by sleeping multiple family members in the other room and closing the doors to the second room. The next day a maintenance man showed and said it couldn’t be resolved until the people upstairs had a plumber repair their toilet. We left Thursday and were told there is a no refund policy as we CHOSE to leave. By the time we left Abby(property manager) was checking with the owner if there was anything that can be done. She has since ghosted us and I have a claim with VRBO. Good luck if you need any customer support!

Perfect lication, size and comfortable. Hassle to have to bring linens. Use a service for that. Otherwise, perfect.

Great condo and location!

Great place with a great location to both Lewes and Rehoboth beaches. It sleeps 6, but most comfortable for four, especially if all adults. Clean and well equipped. Would rent again.

Family vacation

Had a great time visiting Lewes Beach, Gordon’s Pond State Park, Cape Henlopen State Park, and Rehoboth Beach. Condo was convenient, clean, and perfect for our family and dog. Neighborhood was quiet. Would rent here again.
