Your private Gainesville nature retreat awaits! This Zen-inspired home sits on a peaceful 1-acre lot surrounded by trees, designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection. Perfect for families, groups, and business travelers, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with three bedrooms plus a dedicated office for remote work or study.

Step outside to your private saltwater pool, unwind in the screened lanai, or enjoy morning coffee on the front porch swing while listening to birds and watching deer that occasionally wander by. Inside, the oversized living and dining rooms offer plenty of space to gather, while the fully stocked kitchen—with blender, air fryer, and more—makes cooking at home a breeze.

Had a great visit in Rock Hill. The house was very clean and was as advertised. Well stocked with everything we needed. Convenient to sporting fields that we were visiting. Will stay there again.

The house is right next to everything you need in town but feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. The house was perfect for our family with lots of room for us to spread out and enjoy our time together. Hope to be back next summer!

Our stay at The Secluded Sanctuary was absolutely wonderful! The property was true to all of the pictures and exceptionally clean. The layout was incredibly roomy and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and settle right in.The location is the best of both worlds—it truly feels like a quiet sanctuary, yet it is conveniently close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish, and the check-in/out process was seamless and stress-free. We also really appreciated that the house rules were very reasonable and common for any homeowner—nothing over the top. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We’re excited to stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone!

The home was amazing and just exactly what I wanted! It is by far the cleanest and most well kept home that I have rented to date. The communication was amazing. Everything was absolutely as advertised, and I will be back as I travel for business.
