Leave the stress at home and enjoy all that Ocean Lakes has to offer including pools, Waterpark, a mile of Beach, etc. Beach Happy is sure to fun for everyone while giving a place for the family to unwind and spend time together. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with 2 outdoor deck areas to enjoy the sun and breeze. Also with plenty of room to park and cookout. We look forward to being your hosts. Welcome to your home away from home! Our sizeable 4-bedroom beach house is designed to offer you comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Here’s a quick overview of what you can expect: Living Room: Step into the spacious living room, where you’ll find a plush sofas arranged around a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The room is bathed in natural light, thanks to large windows that also offer a lovely view of the surrounding area. Enjoy the modern decor and the ease of a central location that connects to the dining area and kitchen. Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, featuring a stylish table with seating for six. Whether you're having a casual breakfast or a family dinner, this space is both functional and inviting. The open layout allows for easy conversation and interaction with those in the kitchen. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight. It boasts contemporary appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll find plenty of counter space and all the necessary cookware, utensils, and dishes to prepare and enjoy your meals. A breakfast bar with stools offers additional seating and a casual spot for snacks or drinks. Kitchen also offers Keriug, crockpot and air fryer. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is a serene retreat, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, a dresser, and nightstands with lamps. A large dresser provides ample storage space for your belongings. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower and ample space. Second Bedroom: The second bedroom is perfect for family or friends, furnished with 1 queen-sized bed, a dresser and bedside tables. It’s thoughtfully decorated to ensure a restful sleep and easy access to the shared bathroom. Third Bedroom: The Turtle themed bedroom is versatile, with two twin-sized bunk beds that can be used for children or additional guests. It also includes a full size bed on the bottom of one of the bunks. Fourth bedroom: It is down stairs. Enjoy a king size bed. It has a dresser and a bedside night stand. Bathroom 2: In addition to the master en-suite, the beach house features a second full bathroom that is conveniently located near the second and third bedrooms. It includes a shower/tub combination and all essential toiletries. Bathroom 3: Downstairs access to the toilet and shower. The washer and dryer are also in this bathroom for easy access. Decks: Enjoy your morning coffee or evening relaxation on our private decks, which offers a comfortable seating area and a view of the campground. Additional Amenities: The beach house is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating to ensure your comfort throughout the year. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. We also provide ample beach chairs and toys in the garage under the house. Also, this property comes with one complimentary golf cart. We hope you find our beach house to be a perfect fit for your stay, providing both the comfort and functionality you need for a memorable visit! Guest will have access to the entire house and a golf cart that is provided. Also, guest will have access the all the amenities inside Ocean Lakes Campground. We try not to disturb our guest. We will be available through the platform you booked, text message or phone. The house is in Ocean Lakes Campground. There are pools, a huge waterpark, a mile of beach, putt putt, cornhole courts, basketball courts, etc in the campground. Inside Ocean Lakes most everyone rides on Golf Carts. You can also drive your vehicle anywhere inside or outside the campground. Parking Ocean lakes does charge a $15 fee per day ($12 a day with express check in). This is not a part of the booking costs. In order to get your parking passes, you must send your host your Email, phone number, home address and how many cars you will be bringing.
