Aloha Janith! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry that the unit is difficult with mobility issues. The buildings were designed based on the property's elevation. Your feedback will certainly help us improve the condo and provide appropriate supplies suitable for the family. I am surprised however, that you mentioned your brother's rental had an updated AC. The unit you stayed at had two new split system AC units that were installed recently. The temperature could have been adjusted to cool the bedrooms. Since the master bedroom is a large unit, it can cool the living room as well. Your brother's condo only had portable AC units. Each unit is individually owned and designed based on owners' tastes.
