David was very quick to respond to a couple of concerns when we first got to the cabin. It was perfect for what we wanted for the week. We would stay again. Very close to the beach.

Loved the proximity to the beach and general store. The host was very responsive, the bed was comfortable, cottage was clean and we had plenty of hot water for showers. My husband and I had a great stay and would consider booking again in the future!

The perfect spot for getting away to the beach! The location could not be any better and while the little cottage is not huge, there’s more than enough room for two people to enjoy some time away. Far enough away from the pier, but not so far you couldn’t walk down there and enjoy some of the local flavor! If you haven’t been to old Orchard Beach in a while, you really should revisit it, there’s a lot of great new places to eat, and the beach is still as beautiful as always.

This place is straight up nostalgia. My kids get to experience a taste of what the Jersey Shore was for my husband and I growing up...a experience that no longer exists there. This is our second time staying at Little Miss Cottages, and my family has had an exceptional time both occasions, rain or shine. The staff were super nice and accomodating when we asked for an extra set of sheets, and were checking in on us if we needed anything. We really love this place and hope to come back again and again!

It was very clean and it’s pet friendly. The host went above and beyond and was truly friendly while doing so. A great location and quiet at this time of year. The bed was very comfortable. The shower nice and hot. I would rent that seaside shanty again.

Such a cute rustic cabin, cozy and quiet two minute walk to the beach very easy check in and check out very comfortable bed perfect for one or two people and a pet host answers almost immediately! Recommend it for sure!

First of all, the location was great. It was walking distance to the beach and the grassy area in the back was great for walking dogs. We do appreciate that pets were allowed. The property needed a lot of TLC. The screen door was broken, the interior doors didn't latch properly so you can actually get locked out of the bedroom and bathroom. There was no top sheet on the bed and the bed seemed smaller than a queen. It seemed like a full size mattress. There was no hand soap at the bathroom vanity or hand soap in the kitchen. We did not cook there since we were only there for 2 nights but even if we wanted to, there wasn't a great variety of pots and pans. The host was very responsive when we had any issues. They did deliver another set of linens for our second night. For the price, it wasn't as quaint as we expected but with a little cosmetic make-over it would be much better. We are hosts to a short-term rental in upstate NY so we know that some little touches go a long way to make a great impression.

This cottage served our purpose very well; To have our dogs with us and be near the beach. The bed was very comfortable. It was within walking distance to restaurants, as well. It was quiet, always a plus. Mr. Lee was quick to respond to our questions prior to booking. The only suggestion is wine glasses would be a good. Fortunately, our picnic cooler comes with glasses.
