My family and friends have stayed at Venture Out for years and we love it!! This property was an amazing location at the beginning of the canal and in close proximity to our fishing and lobstering spots. The dock/seawall was new and easy to morn my boat. The fish/lobster cleaning station was convenient. The house was clean but very aged. This must be a recent addition to VRBO (VO rental) as the kitchen was poorly stocked (no cooking sheets/pans, oven mitts, grilling utensils, and other essential items.). The house furnishings appeared to have been acquired from a thrift shop or found on the side of the road. Bad is an understatement! Why only have two, really old, unmatching, lounge chairs on the deck/seawall when the place comfortably sleeps 6? The patio/deck table was very old and stained.Once again, this house is a great location and acceptable accommodations for the guys that joined this trip. Not sure my or the other wives would stay at this place.
