Overall a good stay. Home was clean and well furnished. Some minor things would have been nice, like bathroom hooks, more toilet paper and paper towels.

Great property for game day for three couples! Clean, spacious, and about 10-15 minutes from downtown. In a new development, the house is great for a large group or family! Host was very accommodating and responsive to all messages. Would recommend!

This rental is incredible. From the location, ability to use the garage for parking, communication from the owner and positive responses to requests... nothing was a disappointment.

House layout was perfectly for our crew. It is a beautiful, new property in a new development. It is in a country type of setting, but close to town. There is a Dollar General within a couple minutes of the location. Everything was as stated and in pristine condition. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only negative is that the outside landscaping needs some attention. It has rained a lot there, but there were weeds up to my hip.

Great home for my family's stay during the Savannah Bananas baseball game. The house was decorated beautifully, had very comfortable beds and pillows. The game room was great even though we were too busy to.use it, it would be great especially if you had kids with you which we didn't. It was nice having most of the sleeping area on the main floor as my mom and another that was with us walks with a cane and has knee trouble and everything was on one floor for them. The outside space on the back porch was nice for me to sit in the early morning and read. The house is very central to everything with lots of good restaurants around. I would definitely recommend.

My family enjoyed their stay at this beautiful home, located in a nice neighborhood. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with most of the items that we needed. We did add a few wine glasses to the collection upon our departure. Communication with Brandon was great. He helped us out with a problem we had with a chirping fire alarm. Overall, I would recommend this property. It was a good size for our party of 5 with 2 dogs. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Brandon!

This VRBO was beautiful, spacious and the absolute perfect place for our family’s Christmas get together. We wanted for nothing, every detail was thought of and it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had. Also, my husband left his iPad and did not realize it until we got home. The homeowner was so gracious and allowed a family member to come pick it up before the next guests arrived. 10/10 Amazing !!!

The home is new and in a new subdivision. It is close to volunteer hospital and subsequently to downtown. It slept our family quite comfortably, and is a place that I would stay again if returning to Knoxville.
