My husband and I loved our stay. Seascape was right next to the beach and so close to all of the resturants and shops! We were able to walk everywhere. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The host was very responsive to our inquiries!

Great location! We could easily walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed having a wagon, chairs, umbrella and cooler too. It really made our stay easier. It was a perfect condo for two people; updated, comfortable, and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is excellent!

We had a wonderful vaca here ! Was a perfect size for 2 ….everything we needed for a 3-4 day stay was provided & the location was excellent! Very walkable to beach & plenty of restaurants. Love all the beach gear ( including an umbrella ). Would definitely stay again. If I had to say a negative it would be that the pillows were very fluffy - too much for a side sleeper so my neck was sore, ended up not using them. Otherwise I was very impressed with how clean it was - inside & out !

Great stay

Excellent area and would stay again. The rental agreement process is bit clunky and requires you to submit a photo and photo ID. Not a fan of that but in the end it was worth it.

Great Accommodations close to everything/ beach, town, and still quiet

We really enjoyed how close to beach, restaurants and stores, without trying to drive on the island. It was neat, clean and well stocked

Great little one bedroom steps from the beach!

The property had everything we needed for a quick stay at the beach. It is steps from both the beach and lots of restaurants/shops. A beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and towels were provided which was such a nice extra. The property was clean and newly renovated.

What a lovely “place” to enjoy our visit - sO clean, lovely, efficient, well-equipped, totally comfortable. We look forward to our return visit! And all sTAFF were/are sO helpful.

Perfect place!

The unit is updated and clean with a great bed and shower. The location is perfect. Close to the most beautiful beach and Siesta Key village. No car needed! We also loved the shared outside area with the chaise lounges, tables, and hammock. Beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, cooler are all included. I look forward to staying here again soon! My only (minor) complaint is that there is no dresser for clothes and limited closet space. So don’t overpack!

Great vacation overall!

The only thing we would change is that you had a bigger water heater. Even 2 people taking short showers-the water got cold at the end of the 2nd shower. If 4 people were staying in that room, 2 people would have had to take cold showers. Otherwise, the room was very cute and updated! The beach was just a few steps away and we enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets!
