We (4 adults) fully enjoyed this very pretty 3 bedroom on the beach. The host responded quickly to our questions and minor maintenance request. 922 East has a beautiful view of the beach and was nicely decorated and clean for our visit - everything we needed for a week on one of the prettiest beaches we’ve ever been to.

The condo is spacious, nicely arranged, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for coking and entertaining. The property is very clean and conveniently located between Orange Beach and Pensacola. The only negative thing i can say is that the condo is on the 9th floor, not the 5th floor as listed on this site. I even double checked to make sure the listing was correct and was told that the condo was on the 5th floor and it is not. For someone with a fear of heights, the 9th floor was too high up for my preference. Please correct your listing about the floor location. We enjoyed everything else about the condo!Laura

Great location and space. The condo furnishings are outdated, which is important to some; to others its not. The biggest issue was the refrigerator door didn't stay shut very well and actually spoiled 200 worth of food. We constantly had to make sure it was shut to avoid more food loss. The other issue was the pots and pans. They all need to be thrown away and updated. Every pan was completely covered in scratches and the toxic nonstick was scratched all up. This is not safe to cook food in. Also, there was green/black-mold/mildew on ceiling in bathroom but its Florida and that’s to be expected but can also be easily cleaned between rentals too. Lastly, the thermostat will not let you go below 73 which makes the master bedroom very hot as it has floor to ceiling windows with all day sun exposure (made sleeping very uncomfortable).
