Cozy Ranch in McDonald is waiting for you at this gorgeous newly-renovated 4-bedroom cottage. The cozy interior features 3 double beds and 1 queen bed, perfect for a family or group get-away. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like central air, a hair dryer, exercise equipment, garage or private driveway parking, iron and ironing board. The bathroom is equipped with a large vanity and mirror, a shower and hair dryer. All kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator) are fairly new and there’s new rugs and no carpet. The home is set up for both long or short stays to make your stay one to remember. Relax in our outdoor furniture either on the patio or front porch and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage by the fire pit as you barbecue on the grill or people-watch or do deer/animal sightings.

We had to travel to the area because my daughter in law passed away suddenly. Everything was amazing. The home, the location, the check in. Everything. I would most definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Kitchen and bathroom were updated, well equipped, and we enjoyed the garage and backyard. It's a big house for a great price. Just a couple of items that would've made the stay better. The grill didn't have a propane tank and we had dinner all prepped just to find this out late at night so had to quickly change our BBQ cooking strategy. We assumed it was functional since it was listed in the property details. Four bedrooms were lovely and spacious but with one bathroom that may cause a large group problems. And a larger couch would be wonderful in this house. A sectional would fit where the TV is (flip the room!) and make the living room a better group rental. But overall it's a truly great place, great price, and the homeowner was communicative. I shared a few minor repair recommendations (dishwasher wobbly and toilet float sticky) but all minor issues compared to many other places we've stayed. You can tell the home is cared for. Thank you!

Since I relocated to Tennessee twenty years ago, I’ve grown more and more in love with the picturesque sceneries of mountains and lakes, creeks and rivers of the southeast. As against New York, it provides a calming ambience especially as one drives along highways with horses to the right and left, fields of green with mature trees rustling in the wind, and the stillness of nature interrupted by the sounds of chirping birds frolicking in the treetops.

To relax in the suburbs with a rural feel can be the best of all worlds. The Cozy Ranch is that and more in its pompous perch on a small hill beneath mature trees overlooking a creek. That it provides outdoor space is an awesome plus, thus affording indoor and outdoor relaxation in one small package.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Nowadays not many ranch-style homes come with a basement, a finished basement. Cozy Ranch boasts its biggest bedroom in the basement with the laundry and the exercise space next door. Being just short and easy walk from the attached garage, it makes for less hassle, even when one has to climb the hardwood staircase to the main level.
