The property is located in a great area and the unit is clean. Host was very responsive to messages and good at communicating things like parking, prior to our arrival. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return in the future when I visit my daughter who is at ASU Polytechnic Campus. We visited the Desert Botanical Garden at night and it was stunning!

We enjoyed our stay, the communication and arrival instructions were great. It is a very convenient location, quiet, safe. We never used the pool/hot tub but there are 2 of them, there are restaurants within walking distance. Sahuaro's Taco Shop has awesome breakfast burritos. I would stay here again!

Thank you so much for the kind words. I do apologize for the upstairs neighbors. They do have a young child that runs around quite frequently. Hopefully the noise wasn’t too late at night. Hope to be able to host you in the future.

It was a great configuration for the 3 of us with the room set up, and in a great central location for our planned activities in metro Phoenix and the Superstition Mountains. If we ever get back to the area, we will definitely look to see if it is available.
