Great spot for a family gathering! Two families with children stayed here and had a great time. Short drive to many attractions. Wonderful space (the game room!) Lovely surroundings. Thanks for a nice vacation!

Batteries can occasionally run low, and we were happy to drop off replacements during your stay. We also appreciate your note about the AC. It’s not currently listed as an amenity because the home doesn’t have AC, but we’ll continue to make sure the listing information is as clear as possible for future guests. The house is beautiful amd located in a very nice and quiet area. The backyard is beautiful ans kept in great condition, loved the landscape. The living area and kitchen were equipped nicely and a game room with big TV and several games including an old Pac-Man! The listing indicates 3 bathrooms, and it only had 2.5. Two full bathrooms in the second story, one of them being inside rhe master bedroom, and one full batheoom to be shared by the other 3 bedrooms. There was half bathroom with toilet and sink in the first floor. The rooms are very modestly furnished, with queen size beds and I guess you can call Japanese mattresses that made.the beds very low. The rooms did not have a dresser or chair, or bench to place suitcase, therefore it was rather hard to do a daily routine with comfort. I was traveling with 2 older couples and it was hard for them to get off of bed or getting their clothes out of their suitcases. I contacted the host about the beds or having a bench or chair in the rooms and said it was not going to be possible in our stay. The reply was polite and cordial, but not helpful. We enjoyed the house in general, but I think the rooms could offer more comfort for rhe price we paid. I'd rather have a regular height bed and a chair with a dresser in the room than a subzero fridge in the kitchen.
