This place is amazing and is close to everything that we needed. Very clean, very quiet and our kiddo quickly picked out a room and took all the plushies with her! Will definitely stay here again! Host was also quick to answer any questions we had.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 3 adults and 2 toddlers - it was perfect with plenty of room. Beds were super comfortable - slept as good as I would at home! Host was quick to reply and very accommodating. Convenient location to Universal parks and friendly neighborhood. We will definitely look to stay here again!

This place was an amazing and exceptional stay. The home was clean and cozy. Very close to all the major attractions, restaurants and stores. Extremely convienant when you have been in the heat and lines all day at the universal parks. Not even a ten minute drive from all universal locations. The Mario theme was spot on . We highly recommend this very clean and peaceful home.

Fabulous house, we loved how it was all Mario themed!! Attention to detail was amazing. This is a great house for a family visiting the parks. The host really knows how to set up a vacation home.

This property is located in an amazing location to visit all three of the universal parks. It was well stocked with plates, dishes, cooking gear, everything one would want. Very short and easy drive to the airport as well, even at 5:00 am.

My family loved this little gem of a place. My 10 year old was especially enamored by all the Mario stuff. It was clean and comfortable and close to all the things we wanted to do and see.

I really enjoyed my stay overall. What stood out most was how welcoming and attentive the host was—it truly made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Adorable decorations, super clean, quick responses from owner, quiet neighborhood. We met some of the local neighbors. They were all so nice. Loved the location of the place, so close to the universal parks. If we come back we’ll definitely look for this location again. Thank you!

This home is by far the best I have rented. It is clean, beautifully decorated in a Mario Brothers theme, and has all the amenities. It is close to Epic Universe.
The great room with full kitchen, living room, entertainment center.
A little blue heron greeted me when I arrived. This house is next door.
This is the screened porch. There is a star fruit tree in the backyard.

Ok I’m just going to start off by saying wow. This place was great. So clean, wonderfully put together on the universal theme. The house is in such great shape inside. This place is really close to universal about a 10 min drive. It’s in a decent neighborhood. I’ve stayed at many VRBO and this host needs to teach a class on how to set a place up. We were so happy we stayed here. There’s not like a lot around the area to do but if you planning a trip to the theme parks this place was excellent.

House was so convenient to Universal Studios. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The decor was AWESOME!! Everything was exactly as the pictures show. The beds were comfortable and it was well stocked. Definitely felt homey. Host was excellent at communication and very accommodating to our needs. 10/10 would recommend

Cute little getaway for universal! Everything that you needed was super close about 15-25 mins max. From shopping centers, attractions, fast food & Universal. We didn’t really stay in the house as to we were out and about almost everyday, I love how the house is Mario themed, perfect for those who love Mario & perfect for a small family to stay at. The house is also very cleaned and well put. The host was very responsive which I love. The house was also very stocked which I’m pleased about. Overall I would highly recommend this place & would definitely book again! I will be uploading photos of the place but mind you it’s screenshot from one of my videos so the pictures are blurry.

The home decorations were amazing! I never knew you could go that far with Mario Brothers!! It was super cute and fun. I loved that the soap dispenser soap came out in the shape of the star!! This is a great home for families, with any age child, or just Kids at heart!The neighborhood was very quiet and we had no trouble settling in.We did watch one movie on the big screen in the living room and its a nice TV!!The rest of our stay was limited to sleeping and cleaning up after a hard day at the theme parks!It is slightly farther from Disney, but still only took us 20 minutes in the morning, slightly longer getting home, but it was also a Friday night before Memorial Day weekend so that is not surprising.Getting to Universal Epic was super easy!! Less than 10 minutes each way!!Again super convenient location, and the home had all the amenities and then some!! Plenty of utensils and dishes in the kitchen with a great dining room table to seat everyone! It was a lovely home and again very convenient location!Host was also very responsive when I had a question before arrival.

House is exactly as described and pictured. The rooms were big enough to accommodate a family of four adults comfortably. The room with two twin beds is pretty small and tight if you were to try and put two adults in it. The house has a decent amount of closet space. The host is very responsive and answered all questions promptly during both the booking process and the one we had during our stay. The best part about this property is the location. A very, very short walk from the front door will get you to a city bus stop that will get you to Universal in twenty minutes for 2 one way. Beats the 35 parking fee any day. Its about a 12 minute drive to the airport, a 15 minute drive to Epic, and 20-30minute drive to Disney depending on traffic. There is a nice trail nearby to walk/run and grocery shopping is close as well. Anything you could want to do is near this property. The only inconvenience is the thermostat. The host asks for the temp to remain at a certain temp. This probably works during the summer months. However, during our stay (Dec-Jan) it caused the house to feel stuffy and uncomfortable at times, especially when trying to sleep. I would still stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone else despite this.
