The house was very clean and the host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was in a good location, easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay again!

Location is great on a quiet street and close to downtown Traverse City, the peninsulas, and sleeping bear dunes area. Looks like they are in the process of adding a sauna!

Beautiful house. Looks small from outside but when you walk in it is absolutely perfect. Largr bedrooms and bathrooms.

This place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. My now husband and I took some family and friends to Traverse City to get married. This location housed us all, was the perfect setting for pictures, gave us lots of privacy, and really helped to make the entire weekend special. The host reached out regularly to make sure that we had everything we needed, asked about accommodations to help us with ease of everything, and was pleasant throughout. I would for sure stay here again. Everything was clean and updated and looked wonderful.

We stayed here for two nights and the setting was very peaceful and the hot tub was fabulous. We enjoyed seeing the ducks with their babies and the geese with their babies in the mornings and evenings. We also saw deer one morning. The house was extremely clean, well stocked and very nice on the inside. It seems they haven’t finished working on the outside of the house because it was quite overgrown with weeds in places. The upstairs where you enter has the kitchen and one bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom. Everything else is downstairs. It wasn’t an issue for us on a short stay but would have wanted to know that for a longer stay. The location was great. Remote feel but also close to Traverse City.

This is a 2 story, 3 adult bedroom house on quiet woodland lake. We used the canoe and kayaks often to enjoy the peaceful lake. Kitchen, bathroom and one very small child's bedroom upstairs. Only chairs are for dining room table. We used the wonderful fans, one window (no screen), and door to help cool the upstairs while we were cooking. Front deck was well done. Might draw attention to the step out the front door to avoid falls. 3 large bedrooms downstairs with sitting area. Bedrooms downstairs were well constructed and furnished, especially the wood working. Good air conditioning downstairs coupled with fans made it very comfortable.We used hot tub. Sliding door to deck with grill. We enjoyed the fire pit and chairs to watch the sunset. Such a peaceful evening spot. Four adult life jackets were provided.Location of house to all of our activities in the area was great. Near to the fabulous Fresh Coast Market and Moomers ice cream shop. No instruction booklet for hot tub, TV, trash or recycling, water craft.Appearance of house was not attractive. It was overgrown with weeds. It looks like an attempt was made sometime in the past to landscape, but not recently. Management of this house seemed unaware of various amenities.

We had a great time at this house - perfectly located to head to multiple spots including Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Glen Arbor but nice to come back to a quiet spot on Dyer Lake. Clean house, easy check in, all the amenities we needed.

My family and I stayed 6 nights and had the most wonderful time! We weren't even off the main road and my kids asked when we were coming back. The property is beautiful, quiet, and clean. The property owners really thought about the guests in every way, there was even a basic first aide kit in the bathroom. The only reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish I had been aware the kitchen is upstairs and livingroom/bedrooms are downstairs. Ive had 2 spinal surgeries and stairs can be challenging for me, however this isn't effecting our return I'll just be preparing differently next time. Side note- If you're planning your visit with little ones I highly recommend visiting Clint Park. It was a blast!
