We chose those house for its entertainment amenities, and good thing we did! It rained for an entire day of our stay but there was still plenty to do. This kids loved being able to swim in the covered pool, hang in the game room or watch movies in the theater room. Adults played board games and watched football in the additional living room areas. We especially appreciated the basket of pool towels. Even though we all brought our own, we needed more since the kids were in and out of the pool all day. We were able to have a quick fire before the rain started, But I think it should be noted (unless we missed it) BYO firewood and roasting sticks. Overall a great stay. The kids were happy and entertained which is the key to a successful weekend away!

Property was very clean and amenities as pictured! Something for everyone. The teenagers loved watching movies in the theater and then going outside to the hot tub to discuss what they watched!

Great home for families. The kids loved the game room, movie theater room and the outdoor basketball/pickleball court. The hosts were responsive and check-in/check-out was very easy.

Overall, the place was exactly as described and well kept. Everything is up to date and very clean. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and functional. The sauna was perfect for the cool evenings. The game room was awesome and everything worked. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need for an extended stay. The location is Central to activities and restaurants, and the neighborhood is nice and secluded. With 12 in our group, there was plenty of space in the house for dining and just hanging out. Communication with the host was outstanding and responses were very quick. I hope this place is available next time because we will be back!

Beautiful spacious home to accommodate my family of 11 adults and 5 children . The hosts George and Sarah were very accommodating and responded promptly with all questions and concerns . I highly recommend this property . House is just as nice as the pics posted . We will be visiting again

Our family had an amazing stay at this beautiful Poconos home! It comfortably accommodated everyone and had everything we needed—and more. The amenities were exactly as described, with thoughtful extras that made our stay even better.We absolutely loved the game room and movie room, and the bedrooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable. This home was perfect for relaxing, making memories, and enjoying quality family time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

George was really good with all the communication from beginning. The place is very well maintained. Nice quiet place. Lots of entertainment for the whole family, home theater, games, pretty much everything. Great place for friends and family.

Upon entering there was a musty stinky smell, the floors were not swept, the kitchen cabinets were grimey, the fridge, freezer and dishwasher were all dirty inside. We had to wipe it out and run it before using it. There was a pan in the oben woth food all stick to it. The trash cans and coral was overflowing with trash. The fireplace wasnt working. When we sent them a message they apologize and asked if we want the trash picked up when the maintenance guy comes to look at the fireplace. I dont know why you would ask that , of course we want it gone , we should have even experienced it being there. There was moldy patio cushions at the pool, along with trash. The remote for the projector was snapped in half which made the theater room unusable. The front deck is worn and needs refinishing along with loose balisters that need fixing. The lovely picture of the front of the house with the lighted walk, 2 lights work. Then the ac/heating went. With all this they didnt offer any kinda of a refund i had to contact vrbo customer service. The said its not the 5 star experience that they hold themselves to, i would say not! Not in cleanliness , or things workimg or enough of the things they claim to provide for a house that is suppose to accommodate 16 people. You had one hand towel per bathroom. Many failures and not 5 stars

Great communication. Super fast response to any emails or messages I left. Minor issue with the hot tub upon arrival but someone was there to fix it within 30 minutes of notifying the host and we were able to use the hot tub without issue. Great space for 8 adults and 7 kids. The kids enjoyed the two car garage which was converted to a game room. Downstairs movie room was a hit, easy to watch movies and kept the kids entertained in the evening while the adults hung out upstairs in the living room and sitting around the HUGE kitchen table (easily seats 12). Back deck was enjoyed by all and we spent most of the midday on the deck enjoying the afternoon sun. Kids enjoyed the 78 enclosed pool and the sauna was a hit after jumping out of the pool and into the 40 weather we had. Overall a good experience. Definitely has AWD if you are going to the house in the snow as it does sit on a dirt road in a quiet neighborhood.

My family absolutely loved the pool bec if it rained the kids could still swim!! Everything about the house was great. Plenty of space, private, and very clean!! We would definitely stay here again!
