• Guests will enter through the gated Long Island Village Resort community.
• Registration and a mandatory fee of $90 is required at the Welcome Center or office before entry.
Resort Access:
• The resort fee of $90 provides access to Long Island Village Resort amenities, including the pool, hot tub, golf, tennis, fitness center, mini golf, and more.
• Clubhouse and facilities are open daily from 8AM – 10PM.

Just across the causeway from South Padre Island, this area offers a laid-back coastal vibe with the bonus of resort-style amenities at your doorstep. Guests love the quiet neighborhood feel paired with easy access to beaches, fishing, boating, and local dining. Within minutes you’ll find seafood restaurants, shops, and the historic Port Isabel Lighthouse. South Padre’s beaches and nightlife are only a short drive away.
