Appartamento composto da 2 camere da letto una delle quali guarda direttamente sul porto turistico dove è possibile vedere tutte le barche, ristoranti e bar e la vita che passa. 1. 5 bagni, un bagno completo con 2 lavandini e l'altro ha un bagno e una doccia. cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice, ampio balcone con vista sul porto e sul mare Mediterraneo. L'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata nel soggiorno e più ventilatore nelle altre stanze.
L'appartamento si trova nel cuore del porto di Port de la Duquesa, in fondo all'edificio si può raggiungere a piedi le spiagge, molti bar e ristoranti e negozi, che lo rende la migliore posizione in città per le vacanze. Puerto De La Dequeasa è molto bello per rilassarsi e rilassarsi dalla frenetica vita cittadina. qui puoi trovare pace e tranquillità.
Ho anche un altoparlante wireless bluetooth che puoi usare quando vai in spiaggia per il tuo divertimento. Una piccola raccolta di film è disponibile anche per voi per guardare alcuni film.

We truly enjoyed the location of the apartment; central to restaurants, port, and beach boardwalks. The apartment itself was as advertised with a realty company located in the complex managing the property. Perfect as a hub for day trips - we decided on Ronda, Cadiz and Tangiers. Nearby horseback riding and sail ship adventures in neighbouring towns of Caseres and Estepona were affordable and flexible to meet our schedule. In short, we hope to return.

La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e accogliente. Fornita di tutto (televisione, asciugamani grandi e piccoli, asciugacapelli, ferro e asse da stiro, pentole, piatti, posate, bicchieri, ventilatori, area condizionata, c'è anche l'ombrellone, la sedia e i materassini per la spiaggia... Non occorre portarsi nulla)... Il mare è bello, acqua pulita e trasparente, la spiaggia è tranquilla e libera eccetto qualche piccolo lido! Se hai l'auto hai anche la possibilità di girare varie spiaggie e visitare l'Andalucia Siviglia e Granada, visto che gli autobus ci sono ma gli orari sono scomodissimi! Il posto è frequentato da inglesi e nordeuropei, la presenza degli italiani quasi assente come la movida notturna, fatta solo di ristoranti.

En dejlig lille lejlighed med en god beliggenhed, men den den fremstår lovligt slidt med mangelfuldt køkkeninventar. TV og Wifi virkede ikke ved ankomst, men hurtigt efter opkald til ejer (vær opmærksom på, at opkald er til Kuwait og dyrt). Brusekabinerne er meget små. Køkkenet - inkl. service - var så snavset ved ankomst, at det måtte rengøres inden brug.

Great apartment in a fantastic location.

We had a great holiday at this apartment which was a home from home and exactly as shown in the pictures. The Marina is lovely with lots of bars and restaurants. It is a good base for sightseeing around the area. We will definitely paying another visit.

In the middle of life

Found a really good place for spending a combined sightseeing and beach vacation. Only a few steps from restaurants, bars and beach, it has been a perfect place for an holiday with teenagers. The appartement is 100% as it is shown at the pictures and we felt very well there!!! The little harbour becomes to a crowded place in the evening because of the lots of restaurants. The place is noisy till 2 am every night. Which is no problem, if you enjoy nightlife yourself :-) We have had a car with us (free parking at the public parking space behind the house). Puerto de la Duquesa is a really good starting point for tours in south-west Andalucia. Our beach days we spent at a beachbar with bedhires only a few steps away from the house. The beach was at no point overcrowded and you can get really good food and drinks at the Cubanga Beach Bar.

Great holiday location

Perfect to return from day trips: Ronda, Gibraltar, Malaga,...2min walk to the beach, plenty of cafes. The apartment is exactly as described and very clean: the balcony was our favorite spot to wake up in the morning and have coffee.

Perfect Location with AMAZING VIEW

I really enjoyed every moment staying here. the view beats anything. you have the whole marina and sea right infront of you. you can just walk down the apt and you're right there where all is happening, you have so many retaurants and bars to choose from just 2 steps away from the apt. and the apt is perfectly located , it's a hub for doing days activies. went to tarifa for horseback riding on the beach. this apt worth is it.

Perfect getaway

Best location in marina , stunning view of marina and Mediterranean Sea . The beach was just a stroll away . Tons of bars and restraints just within 2 steps away from apt . Definitely I'll be back again . Looking forward to another unforgettable stay . Thanks a lot

Morocco is just a ferry away from Tarifa if you wanna visit north Africa for a day time. Puerto Banus the place for the rich and famous is just 20 min drive from La Dequesa, there you can experrience the lux life style. In Dequesa you can find relaxing and tranquility, its perfect for romantic vacation and also for families.
