La terrazza Mauna Lani si trova all'interno del resort di classe mondiale Mauna Lani. Si trova sull'oceano e adiacente agli stagni di pesci reali e tra due bellissime spiagge di sabbia bianca. L'acqua è cristallina con una delle barriere coralline più sane delle Hawaii, archi di lava, banchi di pesci e tartarughe marine verdi ... un posto fantastico per fare snorkeling, alzarsi in paddle board, kayak, immersioni subacquee o semplicemente rilassarsi sulla spiaggia. C'è anche una struttura per tennis, la Mauna Lani Spa, una palestra, ristoranti al Mauna Lani Bay Hotel, Napua al Beach Club, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. È a breve distanza in auto dai negozi di Mauna Lani che ha molti ristoranti e un negozio di alimentari ben fornito.

Questa vista sull'oceano, ultimo piano, attico di 1481 piedi quadrati è una rampa di scale dal suo parcheggio coperto. Ogni camera ha una vista sull'oceano sulla laguna e stagni di pesci reali. Orchidee fresche decorano l'unità. La cucina e il portico si affacciano sul campo da golf di classe mondiale Mauna Lani con vista su Mauna Kea e Mauna Loa. Puoi disattivare l'aria centrale e far passare gli alisei. Sei al terzo piano, quindi non devi chiuderti quando parti per goderti la spiaggia o le tante bellezze che la Big Island ha da offrire.

L'unità è completamente aggiornata con eleganza tropicale. Il soggiorno ha una vista sull'oceano espansiva, un alto soffitto a volta che si trova solo nelle unità attico, una grande TV LCD con DVD, impianto stereo e audio surround Bose. Il lanai ha un mobile bar, un grande tavolo rotondo, sedie per rilassarsi e viste sul Pacifico. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha ripiani in granito e un grande frigorifero Sub Zero. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente sei. Entrambe le master suite hanno vista sull'oceano, TV LCD e lettori DVD e si aprono sullo spazioso lanai. La master suite principale ha un letto king size, bagno in marmo con doppio lavabo, cabina doccia e vasca separata. La seconda suite principale ha 2 letti singoli extra lunghi che possono essere uniti in un re. Ha anche un bagno in marmo con una grande cabina doccia.

Nota speciale, il Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort è programmato per aprire il 1 ° gennaio 2020 e i ristoranti saranno aperti al pubblico. Il centro fitness del resort, il tennis e il golf stanno mantenendo le normali operazioni. La piscina della terrazza è prevista per importanti miglioramenti e si prevede che i lavori inizieranno nell'aprile 2020.

We had a wonderful stay with our teenage daughter and her friend. The unit is immaculate, very nicely decorated, and it has a gorgeous view. This was the most well-appointed rental we have stayed in, with high-quality kitchen items and everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. We enjoyed the beach club and and the fitness center (it even has a lap pool!).Lauren was a fantastic host, very friendly and quick to answer questions, and she provided some great tips for sightseeing. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we visit.

The unit was very well-furnished and extremely comfortable. The upper level view was fantastic, and we enjoyed the lanai every day. All the amenities like cookware, utensils, towels and more were high quality. One of our best stays on this property after many visits here.

Best Stay Ever!

We were surprised how spacious the place was. The view was better than the pictures. The location of the condo was convenient to shopping, snorkel rentals, beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The condo had a book with recommendations for anything and everything you want to do. We would definitely rent and stay there again.

Where to begin with how amazing Lauren's condo is? My husband and I spent a week there with our nearly 4 year old son and it was just magical. The condo is super clean and well organized, it's spacious, it's quiet, the views from all rooms are incredible, the kitchen is extremely well stocked, and the location couldn't be better for a family with small children. We spent each morning at the Beach Club and each afternoon at the pool, and it was super convenient to have the Mauna Lani Shops a short drive away with restaurants, a coffee shop, and a great grocery store.The Beach Club is about a 15 minute walk (if you're going at the pace of a 4 year old!) through the fish ponds and along the ocean, and it's absolutely perfect for kids. It's in a protected bay such that the waves are only a couple inches high, the water is crystal clear, and there are plenty of chairs in the shade. Additionally, the Beach Club has bathrooms, showers, and a restaurant that's open for lunch. My husband and I took turns snorkeling right off the beach while the other played with our son using the sand toys in the condo. The pool is also wonderful. We were often the only ones at the pool, and otherwise there might be one other family. Much nicer than the jam-packed pools at nearby resorts!Finally, Lauren was wonderful with communication and made the whole process a breeze. This was hands-down our best stay in a VRBO or Airbnb, and we've stayed at dozens around the world. We'll definitely be back!

The location at Mauna Lani is outstanding. Dining and a grocery store are close by.It is a gated complex, so it is a bit tricky (but doable) to use Uber versus car rental.Unit up one flight of stairs from parking, no elevators.Living room and lanai are spacious, with postcard view of the ocean and fish ponds.The furniture and cabinetry are of high quality. There were plenty of books and DVDs. The wifi worked well while we were there. The kitchen is complete, well thought out, good appliances, and very well stocked.The bedrooms and baths are large, with separate lanais for morning coffee.The host is quite friendly, informative and attentive, without being intrusive.We would definitely look forward to coming back here.

Perfection on the big island!

We could not recommend Lauren's property enough! It was sparkling clean when we arrived and just a beautiful layout...perfect for our family of 4. The views from the condo are peaceful and beautiful and the balcony is such a great place to hang out and relax. The location was convenient to several beaches, restaurants and amenities. We used the fitness center, tennis courts and also golfed on property...all amenities were wonderful. Lauren gave me so much information ahead of our visit and was so willing to help in any way. Would absolutely stay again...a beautiful home away from home!

Perfect family paradise

Lauren is the consummate hostess - incredible communicator, wonderful hospitality (fresh fruit and coffee welcomed us) and so knowledgeable about ways to enjoy an ideal stay at the Mauna Lani Terraces. Loved being able to walk to multiple beaches, the ease of enjoying the adjacent hotel’s restaurants and events, being perched above the historic fishponds and just the incredible view every day. Lovely condo, my husband and I along with our two school aged kiddos wanted to stay indefinitely. Thank you, Lauren! ❤️🌺🏝️

Perfect Condo

My family of four which includes two girls ages 9 and 13 stayed for ten nights. The unit is beautifully maintained and furnished and well stocked. The bath soap, shampoo and conditioner provided are awesome.. !! The owners provided great information and instructions for arrival and many helpful hints while we were on the island. There were beach towels and snorkel gear provided which was great and we enjoyed snorkeling at the beach club..really good snorkeling for right off the beach! The restaurant at the Beach Club is phenomenal! The location is ideal for exploring the Hawaii. I highly reccommend this property and would definately stay there again when we go back to the big Island

Love it Here!!

My family has stayed at this specific condo numerous times over the years. It feels like our home away from home. It is well stocked with most of what you need (with the exception of groceries - but even some of those were there upon arrival). The beds are super comfortable, plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, beach supplies.. This is such a peaceful, beautiful, special place, if you get the chance to stay here, you are fortunate, as we always feel when we come. Lauren has excellent communication and is knowledgeable about the area. Some of the best snorkeling and sand beaches are just a short walk away. Added bonus - her DVD collection is great for evenings at home. As is having a washer and dryer with everything you need and beach club access. I could go on and on about all the wonderful amenities. Can't wait to come again!

Luxurious Flat in Excellent Location

We loved stayed at this wonderful penthouse flat with an ocean view! The owner was very communicative, friendly, and open to questions about activities. She even had fresh fruit for us upon arrival! The flat is clean and comfortable with a fabulous deck that spans the length of the entire apartment and looks over a fish pond. The location is excellent—it's a short walk to both the historic fish ponds and to Beach Club Beach (a white sand beach with amazing snorkeling and good swimming). There are several places to eat (or get cocktails and ice cream) nearby. The condo is up 2 flights of stairs, which was not a problem for us, but might be a consideration for some. Parking for one car is close by. If you're looking for resort amenities along with the comfort and privacy of your own place, this is it!

Perfection from start to finish!

There was simply nothing I could critique about the property or the owner. The unit was by far the best outfitted unit I've rented. There were plenty of towels, soap, paper towels -- everything. The kitchen was stocked just like my own. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets. The owner instructions were detailed and thoughtful. Which brings me to the owner -- I chose this unit over others because fellow travelers commented on Lauren in their reviews. I second it all! She was helpful, thoughtful and kind. Lauren was patient with my questions and made me feel like I was staying at a friend's home rather than a VRBO condo. From start to finish, this property and owner were wonderful!

Fantastic condo with top notch host. Condo was clean, exceptionally well stocked and prepared and a perfect location for five days of relaxing on the Hawaii coast. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Can't wait to come back!

This condo was perfect for a Hawaiian getaway with my husband and daughters (ages 5 and 7). It was spacious, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and was impeccably clean. The views and the location were fantastic. We made lots of use of the on-site pool and the adjacent beach club. Lauren was a very responsive, thorough, and helpful host. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Lauren & Brad Greider live in North San Diego County. We love to scuba dive in remote areas that are usually very difficult to get to. We discovered the ocean at the Mauna Lani and all that it has to offer. There is so much to see snorkeling from the time we step into the water to the distant reefs. The Big Island is beautiful and magical and a very short flight from the mainland. We all love the water and wanted to create a tropical home away from home. We are happy to share this Aloha with our guests.

The Terrace has the unique beauty of being on the ocean and the ancient fish ponds. Makaiwa Bay has the best snorkeling we have found on the island. The Beach Club provides safe easy access to this protected bay. The Terrace is also beautifully landscaped with mature trees. There is plenty of shade and fresh ocean breezes. Sleeping turtles can be seen on the beaches in the late afternoon.

Our condo has a unique island feel. The vaulted ceiling in the great room is hand painted. The walls are textured. The top floor provides privacy, security and a beautiful view. We have windows in the front of the unit which allows the fresh ocean breezes and trade winds to flow through the unit. We are also up only one flight of stairs from the parking level. The Mauna Lani Auberge Hotel, the Golf Club, The Fitness Club, The Beach Club and Napua, the restaurant at the Beach Club are all in walking distance. You can stroll to the two beautiful white sand beaches, through lava fields with petroglyphs, or through the fish ponds.
