La tassa di soggiorno SPI non viene più addebitata con il pagamento della prenotazione a causa della modifica effettuata dallo Stato del Texas in vigore dal 1 ° aprile 2019. The condo was beautifully furnished and decorated, and everything was as advertised. This property is located on the quietest end of the resort, and the owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Beach Getaway

We enjoyed the location of property with easy access to beach. This is a rental community so it was a little louder and crowded than we had anticipated. The property owner communicated well. The place was clean. If you are looking for beach access for a day or 2 this is the place.

Amazing trip

Perfect for our family of three, plus a pup! Close to the ocean but away from the bar with music and dancing, so it was very quiet. We will definitely be back!

Great Condo

This condo is great. It's clean and very nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The Tiki is a great place to stay with two very nice pools and great beach access. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a nice one bedroom unit. The owner is great and responds very quickly. The description of this property on the VRBO website is accurate and the unit looks just like the pictures.

Nice getaway for my family

Lovely condo

We absolutely enjoyed staying there. The place was clean and I loved the feeling, the decorations. We were very comfortable. The majority of the time we spent outside, enjoying the beach, eating out, shopping. The walk from the condo to the beach isn't far at all. We'll come back for sure! Irma was very easy to communicate with and friendly. The check in and check out process was easy. I recommend this place.

Perfect!

This was our 2nd time staying here and everything was perfect again! Great location and the condo has everything you need during your stay to make you feel at home. Irma is such a pleasure to work with as well. We will definitely be back! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at their condo! Do read the entire description. There is a small fee they have to charge you for separately. Great home away from home especially for the price!

Nice and quiet

Very quint place to stay with family. Very clean. The only complaint I had was every night at 9:15 fireworks are shot off at the Marriott courtyard. So that wasn't even the owners fault. Other than that I would visit again

My husband and I took a late honeymoon to padre. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully! Irma was very responsive and we were greeted with a bottle of champagne(which was so sweet) it was affordable and close to everything. We walked everywhere the whole week. Loved that it was on the beach and roght next to a beach shop, that we visited several times. Close to the cigar bar which we found to be our go to night cap. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back with our children ❤

A Great Find at South Padre Island

The property is beautiful: well manicured landscaping, and property buildings well maintained. This condo was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Bring your own beach towels. Our host thought of everything: a nice sized kitchen with all of the tools needed for cooking, a cozy sofa and chair. The bedroom has a king size bed, nice fluffy pillows, lots of drawer space, and a dehumidifier, which definitely keeps the condo comfortable. The ceiling fan in the bedroom has a remote hung on the wall by the night stand. Next to the bathroom, a nice size closet and hangers if you need them. The back padio is big and private. You will love it, and we will definitely be back. Or host was the best, and very accommodating. Thank you, Irma for a wonderful stay.

Host: Irma Villarreal

Mario and I have been married for 53 years. We were both born and raised in South Texas. We have two wonderful children and six very special grandchildren. In 1972 we moved away from South Texas for 25 years. Those years took us to Houston, Austin, Waco, Guadalajara and Aguascientes. Now we are finally back home to stay! We currently live in Harlingen. We love our home and our neighbors, but we also wanted to spend more time at our South Padre Island paradise. A condo was the perfect solution.

Because we love the beach, we decided to purchase a condo at The Tiki. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The condos are well kept and the complex is beautifully landscaped and includes two gorgeous, heated pools. Our condo is located steps away from the pool but also its location lends itself to all the privacy you could want. The patio is gated for your pet. We welcome the opportunity to share our 'home away from home' with you!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Our condo has been recently renovated. It has a gorgeous modern kitchen with white quartz countertops and comes fully equipped. The living room has a 42” TV . The bedroom has a king size bed, headboard and mattress and the furnishings are modern and well kept. The linens and bedspreads are updated frequently. The room is ample and comfortable. The bathroom is also renovated and the shower is equipped with handrails.
