We had an issue with a lack of hot water but the property manager was very attentive and got a plumber out here right away- even though it was July 4.

The condo is convenient and well appointed. Avant Stay, the management company, works hard to make sure everything is ready for you upfront. However, the listing was not accurate as they failed to disclose that the condo did not have AC. We learned there was NO A/C when we texted them for help with the climate in the unit. (The temp was 104 outside and there was smoke from fires nearby) Their response was: 1. A text w/ the list of amenities (A/C was not listed) 2. Look in the closet for fans. 3.We will correct the listing in the future. No more follow up. No concern for our well-being. No apology. The overall experience was good, but it was difficult to sleep at night.

Location, location, location. That's the number one best feature of this condo. We woke up to the staff lining up cars in the parking lot and casually had breakfast before riding the elevator down to the first floor and walking maybe 100 yards to the overnight ski locker. I think we saw 1 other person in the building during our week stay. The place was very quiet and cozy. We loved looking at the resort at night. It seemed so peaceful. The kitchen has everything we needed.the fireplace was great as well. The condo had a very clean and updated look. Sitting in the hot tub watching the last few skiers come down the mountain at the end of the day was pretty neat. I would certainly recommend this place to others and consider staying here again in the future.
