Questa affascinante casa offre tutti i comfort della vita moderna in un ambiente storico soffusa, è una soluzione meravigliosa per la famiglia che desidera di marmo e confortevole casa nel centro della città, ma nello stesso tempo in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

L'appartamento è molto luminoso e spazioso, al piano terra dispone di un elegante e ampio soggiorno, una cucina moderna molto luminose e funzionali e di un bagno di lusso elegante. Al primo piano si trova una camera da letto molto bella e accogliente, con un letto king-size, una camera con 2 letti singoli che possono essere attaccato come un letto matrimoniale e un bagno moderno ed elegante. C'è l'aria condizionata nella zona notte e riscaldamento per garantire un soggiorno confortevole.
All'esterno c'è un patio con fiori e ortaggi, in mezzo si trova un tavolo dove si consiglia soprattutto in estate a mangiare in un contesto tranquillo e tipico.

A 100 metri dalla casa si iscritta sarà reperibile di fronte alla laguna veneta, con la sua ricchezza di fauna selvatica e specie naturali, vedendo le molte isole e il sinuoso tipico della laguna 'barene', zona di riproduzione per centinaia di specie di uccelli.

Comfortable home in Venice

Good sized house with garden. Comfortable, full facilities, clean, in a quiet area. Good location for the water bus and handy for transfers being near the station.

Fabulous visit

We were very happy with this rental property. There was plenty of room and was just as described. We loved the location of this property. Easily accessible by water bus but in a lovely quiet are of Venice. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Apartment

This place was pretty close to perfect. Walking distance from the train station and very convenient to the vaporetto. The owner was a real pleasure to deal with and the place was beautiful. I can't recommend this place enough.

Great apartment in a great location! We were away from the crowds and yet able to get to everything so easily and quickly. Comfortable bed, adequately supplied kitchen, lovely terrace area with line for our washed clothes. Nice neighborhood feel.

Great location, charming house, comfortable and clean. Great bath rooms and fully equipped kitchen.

Property is located on a canal that is serviced by four different Vaporettos and only two stops from the train station. Good restaurants located near house. Washing machine and patio to dry clothes outside a big help as we had been traveling for two weeks. Good WiFi.

What a lovely apartment, located in a quiet section of Cannaregio - remote, yet close to everything. We spent 3 wonderful days with our 2 granddaughters, and are looking forward to our return in May, when we'll spend another 6 days, just the two of us. Perfect location

Our family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children stayed here recently for a few days. The location was perfect, lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. Easy access to the water bus. The house is beautifully decorated and updated. There is a cute courtyard in the front to enjoy our morning coffee and relax in the evening. We loved that it was away from the crowded areas and I being a Quiet Venice neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again and again if we have an opportunity to return to Venice! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

Awesome Place!

At first, we thought we would be too far from the St. Mark's area. However, the location was perfect! It was an easy walk to the St. Mark's area and very nice to leave the busy tourist section at the end of the day. Very easy to get to and from the train and to access a vaporetto. We were greeted when we arrived, just as promised. The apartment was perfect - all went smoothly. There were also some great restaurants nearby and in the adjacent Jewish Ghetto area. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO! No complaints.

Loved having our own entrance and courtyard. AC in bedrooms was great and the fans downstairs were a necessity! Would have been nice to have some coffee and sugar supplied as we went and bought our own. Which was fine ... But for our first morning we didnt have any. Location is great. Space is lovely. Very clean with updated bathrooms. Walking distance to everything. Cafes and restaurants very close as well as vaporetta stops. Overall a great experience!

Lovely home in a quiet area

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. Meeting up was very easy....there is a water taxi very close. The home is located off the grand canal so it is a lot less busy and a lot quieter.....but close enough that you can be in the hustle and bustle in no time. The bed was comfortable, the water hot, and the house clean. It looks just like the pictures. I also loved being able to relax in the courtyard and smell the jasmine that was in full bloom. If I ever venture back to Venice, this will be where I stay. Also, Osteria Ai Canottieri right around the corner makes a fabulous cappuccino. Had a lovely dinner there as well.

Wonderful experience

An absolutely delightful house, spacious, comfortable and stylish with great outdoor space in a charming, authentic area, just a few steps from a busy, working canal that's constantly fascinating. It's away from the crowds and madness of parts of the city but just a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants and shops and with three vaporetto stops really close by including the one from the airport. Rita is a star host, unfailingly helpful and accessible at all times. Do ask for her recommendations and use them. I would unhesitatingly recommend this property.

Love This Venetian Home

I recently stayed in Venice and this house was wonderful. The house felt like home. The neighborhood was charming and far away from the massive tourist crowds. Enjoyed having the ability to walk to Piazza San Marco during the day but also avoid the large crowds in the evening sitting at a local restaurant in Cannaregio. Rita was wonderful throughout the process. She answered my questions very promptly and I greatly appreciated her guidance. Federico was very helpful with his information about places to see and where to eat. I will definitely stay at this wonderful Venetian home again. It was everything I hope it would be and more. Hopefully I will be back next year!

Tranquillity in Cannareggio - would book again

In our attempt to get away from the tourist masses, we booked this house in Cannareggio. Rita and Elena were very helpful, arranging to meet us beforehand and keeping in touch on the day of our arrival. The house was very simple - with a mix of furniture past and present. The two baths and beds proved very handy especially when travelling with a teen. We didn’t use the garden because the weather was so-so. We found the house to be very conveniently located with plenty of bars on nearby Fondamenta degli Ormesini for cicchetti and a very nice Coop in Strada Nuova. The little shop/deli on the way to Guglie is also very nice and we did shop at the baker in the Ghetto. We travelled to Murano/Burano and the Biennale from the house. While it can feel like a trek for some, we were soooo very happy to get away from the selfie-stick crowd in the evening. I would wholly recommend this house if you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay in Venice and can be respectful of the neighbours in this corner of La Serenissima.

Nice house and a good value. Overall a good place to stay.

The property is nice and spacious for the money. It is also in a quiet, off the beaten path location, which we liked. The only real negatives about the property were a strong smoke odor in the upstairs (main bedroom) & the lack of any instruction book relative to the house. The odor was alleviated (not eliminated) by leaving windows open, but that resulted in more mosquitos. Regarding instructions, instead of a general information paper, there were (quite faded) notes taped to things such as the T-stats, fridge and router. Not a huge deal, though it caused us to go without hot water the second morning of our stay, as the note that should have been above the downstairs T-stat was in the kitchen next to the microwave. Since he didn’t see the note, my husband accidentally turned off the hot water when he attempted to activate the AC. We don’t have a boiler system in our home, so are not familiar with how it and the T-stat were related. Rita was very responsive & worked through the issue to restore the hot water, but we washed up in cold water that AM. The trash/recycling could be better explained too. We know that glass, plastic, tetra, tins, paper/cardboard are separated, but no mention about organic matter. So, we left it mixed in with other waste & put it out in a plastic bag the last day of our stay. We are very much on board with recycling at home & compost our organic matter, so we would have liked to be better informed vs. having to reach out for instructions.

L’appartamento è grande, chiarissimo. Ha un bel giardino dove si può sedersi o mangiare. Si può vedere un bel tramonto a due passi. I due bagni sono moderni. La cucina ha tutto quello di qui si ha bisogno. Tanti restauranti accanto all appartamento. Si può venire a piedi dalla stazione in 10 minuti e senza avere un ponte con scalini a attraversare. Molto comodo con le valigie. L’unica cosa è che l’appartamento è un po’ lontano dal centro ma c’è il vaporetto vicino e che non ci sono supermercati vicini. Per il resto, è un posto meraviglioso e ci ritornerai subito.

Davvero una bella casa in un luogo tranquillo

La casa è perfettamente conforme alla descrizione. In più c'è la gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari. Noi siamo stati comodissimi in quattro. E' a Canareggio, fuori dalle rotte battute dai gruppi turistici ma comoda per arrivare in centro e strategica per la stazione (vicinissima, grazie a un'uscita laterale sulla destra di Santa Lucia):

Tutto perfetto

La casa è ordinatissima, pulita, fornita del necessario, e più comoda e spaziosa di quanto risulti dalle foto pubblicate sul sito. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in due, ma gli spazi sono comodissimi per quattro persone. La proprietaria è sollecita nel rispondere alle mail, molto disponibile e molto gentile. Comodissima al vaporetto, ma facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi dalla stazione di S.Lucia.

Super und ruhig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Im Haus ist alles da, was man braucht. Rita war immer erreichbar und hat, wenn nötig, geholfen, so gut sie konnte. Wo ich beim nächsten Venedigbesuch wohnen möchte, weiß ich schon: in diesem Häuschen.
