The actual property did not match the pictures online. The place was quite old and dirty. It needed to be cleaned a lot more. House needs a little TLC. The closets had random stuff on the floor. the fridge still had random stuff in it. The neighborhood was good. The neighbor next door was very nice, warm and welcoming. The host communicated well in advance with wifi passwords, and door code to get in. Close proximity to the airport and out of the way from tourists makes this place a good location. Would not recommend for families, but for single guys it is not bad.

The property is a great location, has off street parking and 5 bedrooms which is great. There were some nice features like the rugs in the living room and carpet in downstairs bedrooms as well as the large TV. Our biggest complaint was how dirty the house was. The light fixture in the dining room was filthy, the refrigerator was disgusting, there was a big orange stain on the dining room tablecloth, and the kitchen floor was very dirty. We were very happy that we were only breakfast there and no other meals. The few dishes we used were dirty and had to be washed before using them. We also did not realize that there was on window AC unit for one bedroom upstairs and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs just had fans. We were very disappointed in this property and feel that it could be so much better if cleaned better.

We were surprised when we arrived to see items on the front lawn and the doorbell wrapped in duct tape and the front door with noticeable paint missing. The inside of the house was fine, but it is rustic - base boards need painting, closets are not finished, permanent stain in the bathroom sink, some of the comforters had stains, and there was a used bar of soap left in the shower. The house is in a nice neighborhood and it is within walking distance to some shops and easy driving distance to many of the places a person would want to visit in Buffalo.
This is what the front door looks like.

This was a nice sized property. There were five bedrooms with queen beds in each. Two of the bedrooms were large with extra space for sitting. The other 3 were big enough for the bed and a couple of side tables. Three of the bedrooms were upstairs, which were a little steep, so if you have problems with climbing stairs, you'll want to grab one of the downstairs bedrooms. Two full bathrooms, one on each floor. The living room was large with a large smart TV. The kitchen was a little small but adequate. Had 2 coffee makers, full sized refrigerator and range/oven and microwave. Also, there is a front porch and a nice outdoor area on the side of the house with a gas grill and table and chairs. Air conditioning worked well. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The curved driveway provided off street parking for three vehicles. The location had all needed services, such as grocery, restaurants, and drug stores within an easy few minutes drive. Some reviews commented on the age of the house. It was a little older, but it was not at all run down. The age just gave it a homey feel. It is well maintained and clean. I can highly recommend staying here, especially if you have several family members going to an event in the area.

Home seemed lovely from the listening but i was not happy once i arrived, bathrooms was dirty and had rings in the tub , there was a few light switches that did not work including the upstairs bathroom my group of 7 had to share 1 bathroom due to no lighting , there was several other minor issues but definitely not worth the price

This home was a perfect place for my party of 6 to stay. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and cozy with such cute homes around. There's a great coffee shop very close by that makes for a great breakfast stop, too.

Nice neighborhood, nice home. I had family come in from out of town for a memorial and this rental was just right. There are 2 bedroom downstairs for anyone that has an issue with stairs. The place was clean and looks jist like the pictures. There is also a nice area to sit outside. There is a curved driveway out front so there is plenty of parking.Would stay again
