We respectfully disagree with this review and would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Unfortunately, this guest never contacted us during their stay to report any concerns or request assistance, so we were not given the opportunity to address or resolve anything in real time. We are always available and responsive when guests reach out. All furniture, layout, and décor are accurately represented in our listing photos and description. The sofa height and style are exactly as shown online, and many guests have stayed comfortably without issue. The stove is fully functional; the clicking sound mentioned is the normal ignition mechanism and does not indicate a defect or safety issue. We provide starter paper goods for guest convenience, and spices (including salt and pepper) are not listed as an included amenity. As with most short-term rentals, guests are encouraged to bring any specialty items they may need during their stay. We take pride in maintaining our property and in presenting honest, accurate photos — no filters or enhancements are used. We encourage future guests to review our listing details and our many positive reviews, which consistently reflect the true experience of staying at our home.
