This pet-friendly retreat is perfect for couples or small groups looking to enjoy the quieter side of North Myrtle Beach while staying close to everything. With a full kitchen, fast WiFi, a Smart TVs, starter coffee, and cheerful vibes, you’ll feel right at home. This unit is small but cozy!



The Space:

ENTRY

Enjoy 1 designated parking spot and easy self check-in with a secure lock code. Unit #103 is ground-level in the main building. Please help us keep TreeHouse Lodge restful by being mindful of neighbors.



BED + BATH

-1 cozy living area with 2 double beds + Smart TV

-Fresh linens, luggage rack, iron/ironing board, and closet storage provided

-Full bathroom with Stand up shower, bath towels, toiletries, and hair dryer

👉 Note: 1 set of bath towels per guest and 1 beach towel per guest



KITCHEN + DINING- Whip up meals with ease:

-Keurig coffee maker (starter K-cups + sugar)

-Fridge with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher

Getting Around:

A car is best for exploring, but Uber/taxi are available. Public beach parking is $2-4/hour (March–October) via the Passport Parking app.



Other Things to Note:

🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to host well-behaved pets! A non-refundable pet fee of $75 applies per stay. Please clean up after your pet and keep them crated or kenneled if left alone. Pets aren’t allowed on beds or furniture, and please don’t use our towels or linens for them. Extra cleaning fees will apply if we find evidence of pets on furniture or bedding. Undisclosed pets will result in a minimum $250 charge. 🚗 Parking Info Please note: we can’t accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, or more than two motorcycles per parking space. Additional parking passes are not available. Only park in designated areas—no parking on neighboring lawns, swells, or driveways. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Guests are responsible for any tickets or fines. 🚭 No Smoking All of our properties are smoke-free. Smoking inside will result in immediate eviction and a minimum $500 cleaning fee. If smoking is allowed outside, please do so away from the building and dispose of all materials properly.
