This spacious 4-bedroom cabin is designed for families, golf groups, weekend getaways, and relaxing retreats. Spend your mornings watching wildlife from the balcony, your afternoons exploring the backyard trails and creek, and your evenings gathered around the fireplace or fire pit under the stars.

The Space

The main level features two comfortable queen bedrooms with high-quality linens, a full bathroom, a warm living area with gas-log fireplace, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for home-cooked meals. Step outside for a BBQ cookout or a quiet evening on the back patio.

Upstairs, the loft-style master suite offers a queen bed, skylight for stargazing, private balcony, and half bath—a peaceful place to unwind after a day of exploring, golfing, or visiting the Quad Cities.

The lower walkout level is made for fun and connection. Enjoy movie night on the large theater TV, play board games, or enjoy classic arcade games on several arcade machines. A minibar with bottled water and a popcorn machine add to the entertainment-room feel. The spacious bunk room includes two queen beds and two single bunks, making it ideal for kids, groups, or extended family. This level also includes a full bathroom, laundry room, and queen sleeper sofa for larger groups.

Outdoor Living

The property offers a peaceful backyard setting with walking trails and a small creek meandering through the grounds. Relax by the fire pit, enjoy a quiet morning coffee outside, or take in the natural surroundings right from the cabin.

This cabin is on a beautiful piece of land and has almost everything you would desire for your vacation. The only issue I believe the owners need to deal with is the mattresses in the 3 main bedrooms. They were very thin and not very comfortable.

We stayed in this cute cabin for the Iowa vs Ohio State football game. Ben was a great host and communication was top notch! The cabin was clean and well stocked. Loved the fact we didn't have to go out to a store right away to stock up on necessities. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. We felt safe and secluded on the property. Even had a couple of deer visit us in the morning. Loved the fact that there was a binder with lots of information in it for the cabin and the surrounding area. It is a cozy little cabin but fit our needs perfectly.

This house worked well for our trip. Had a maintenance issue with the oven, but hosts were quick to respond and the space was generally clean and regularly maintained. Cabin felt relatively remote on a farm road with only one neighboring property across the pond visible from the property. Lots to do nearby. Access to some short trails, hot tub, and firepit/firewood on property was handy for our outdoor adventure.

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The property was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We couldn’t get down to the pond, due to the tall weeds and grass. In spite of this, our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found a zip line in the woods on one of the trails, and the grandkids LOVED it! We also enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We couldn’t figure out the arcade game, but our grandkids found plenty of other things to do, including numerous games of kick ball. The host, Ben, was very attentive and answered our questions or concerns immediately. Nice property!
