Good location; the person at reception, Kevin, was very nice—I’d recommend it. The room is spacious, but the kitchen isn't equipped for a stay of several days or for six people. The pool water is too warm and unpleasant. The person in charge of the beach loungers isn't very friendly; you're limited to just two loungers, and you have to return them by 5:00 PM.

Amazing views. Property is clean and well maintained. It's literally a 1 minute walk from the pool to the beach. Check in was easy, and the staff were very helpful and polite. Parking is a bit higher than other places but the rentals are cheaper than others so it works out.

This property is not at all as it is shown in pictures. Beware of booking here. Front desk was incredibly helpful and even let us check-in hours earlier, but to our surprise the unit was not at all what it is pictured.Incomplete kitchen utensils, peeling pleather couch, and there was even a cockroach in the pantry. The common areas like the gym were incredibly dirty and mismanaged, with equipment thrown all over the place.The beds on the rooms were super hard, and we only had a thin blanket that barely covered you during the night. A/C was extremely cold to the point where it was not enjoyable to spend the night with one thin blanket.Save yourself the trouble and pick another place!

I recently stayed at a property that unfortunately did not meet the expectations set by its online listing. We arrived at 2:00 PM, aware that check-in was at 4:00 PM, but were not allowed to check in until 4:20 PM, despite assurances that our room would be ready early.In the evening, we were informed that no new sheets were available, and the ones in our room were stained. The so-called “comforters” were actually threadbare blankets. Our host ignored requests for information regarding the sheets and the refrigerator seal, which was nearly detached, causing condensation and spoiling leftovers.Toilet paper was only accessible from 7 AM to 4 PM, forcing us to purchase it ourselves outside these hours. The kitchen was poorly equipped, making cooking impractical, and the cabinet doors and handles were sticky and unclean.Mold was present in both bathrooms behind the mirrors, which were the only mirrors in the unit. The listing pictures did not match our unit, and they appear to be stock photos. The dining room chairs were dirty and unstable. The beach staff was unfriendly when we had to wake him for an umbrella, and there were hair strands on the bathroom wall.Additionally, only four towels were provided for a room that accommodates six people, and we were not informed until we asked that we had to use the laundry service for replacements, available only from 7 AM to 4 PM. Overall, the experience was disappointing , and I don’t recommend it to others.
