Confortevole e accogliente di nuova costruzione 1.300 metri quadrati a 2 piani con aria condizionata / riscaldamento a casa con 3 camere da letto per includere 1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale, e 2 letti singoli. Materasso Air x 2 e sacchi a pelo disponibile anche con un sacco di spazio sul retro per piantare la tenda, se lo si desidera. Divano componibile comodo oversize nel soggiorno dotato di canali di film TV diretti. Cucina completa di dimensioni con zona pranzo e terrazzo esterno con grill a gas e fuoco buca sotto. Sized bagno ingresso separato completo con doccia e vasca idromassaggio a getto con mezzo bagno al primo piano. Impilabile lavasciuga con tutti lenzuola / asciugamani forniti. Attrezzatura da spiaggia come sedie, asciugamani, boogie boards, e ombrelloni prevista anche per l'uso affittuario.

This is a great place to stay! The backyard is a great place to hang out and feels very private. Our kids enjoyed the complimentary boogie board at the beach! We would not hesitate to book this home again.

This was a wonderful place to stay! You are so close to Chincoteague and the wild ponies. But you are also in your own tucked away space. I would highly recommend this place for everyone! So much space for everyone to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. I would gladly stay again! The owners were so kind and if I had a question they answered so quickly. Can’t recommend this enough!!

Excellent retreat

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was cleans, kitchen was well stocked and we had access to all the amenities! It was very close to a grocery store and easy access to Chincoteague!!!

Charming, well-equipped cozy home. We loved the cleanliness and open downstairs floor plan. The backyard’s functional outdoor entertainment space with deck, abundant outdoor table seating, hammock, and fire pit was enjoyed by all ages. The updated upstairs bathroom easily accommodated our family’s needs. Downsides are the small ants present in the kitchen area, lack of television remote in one bedroom (with twin beds), and uncomfortable mattress in the other secondary bedroom. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Great Cozy Spot

Great spot if you are looking to wind down away from busier locales. Great yard, loved the fire pit. Dog friendly was huge plus. Kids loved the pool, campground vibe fun and everyone super friendly. Property was super clean and owners were awesomely communicative! Enjoyed our stay!

Clean, Quiet and Convenient

House was clean, quiet and in a very charming neighborhood. Check in was smooth and easy and the owners were very accommodating, prompt and friendly. My husband and I, along with my sister in law and nephew syayed for 4 nights and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was great! House was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Enjoyed the deck and sitting around the fire in evening. Host was responsive and checked in throughout our stay. NASA is near by; we got to experience a rocket launch while crabbing on the pier one evening. Military base is close; we were able to see E2 Hawkeye planes fly over!

The home was very nice- clean, well appointed, and large for what we needed. Amenities were perfect. The hosts responded promptly to all questions. Check in was easy.The only small downside was that the house isn't actually ON Chincoteague Island, so it was a bit of a drive to get there, but this was manageable for the weekend and we had a lovely stay. Would come back.

Honestly, if I had to do all over again, I would’ve stayed on Chincoteague Island. It would’ve been more affordable and closer to where we were going every day.There is a gate to this community and there was no Wi-Fi so I couldn’t access the information that the gate guard asked us upon entering. Furthermore, for the price I paid at 425 per night, I would expect better toilet paper than one ply, I would expect that there is at least a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and I would expect that the beach chairs that were advertised were not torn and broken. Also, some coffee pods would’ve been nice since there was a Keurig. You get all these things at a hotel for less money per night. Apparently whoever stayed there before was too heavy for the beach chairs and they were ripped as well and unusable. I would not stay here again.

Vacation with the family

We all had a wonderful time! The house was very nice. Enjoyed exploring the area and going to the beach! A fun time had by all! Just be sure to have bug spray- the mosquitoes were really bad.

Perfect place to relax

We stayed here for a family get away and enjoyed the chincoteague area. The property is very clean and well maintained and has all of the amenities you would need. The property owners provided detailed instructions and responded promptly. I would recommend this property to others.

Family Friendly

Owners were super sweet and very accomodating. Our family had the best time and created lots of memories together thanks to this beautiful place. Very relaxing and hands off feeling. They have everything needed to feel right at home. Loved all the updated features and that it was very pet friendly.

Nice Place to Stay

Great location near Chincoteague and Assateague. House has been remodeled and is spotless. Great shower and kitchen. Fresh drinking water is also provided. It was very well supplied and comfortable. It is located in a resort/campground so not spaced far from neighbors, but has lots of activities. One negative, like any location near a bay, there are mosquitos. So bring bug spray. Overall a really nice place to stay for a few days.

Great Property

Overall our stay here was great. The house was clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The only negatives for us were the very low water pressure in the shower, and having to park under a pine tree that dropped needles and sap all over our cars. All my interactions with the owner were great.

For future renters this is the first negative we have had regarding water pressure and pine needles, after some research and investigation it looks like pine trees like to shed needles in early autumn, we plan to trim this trees back to prevent in driveway during this time of year. We changed out the shower head in the shower which improved water pressure. Again we appreciate feedback as this helps us stay informed!

House

The house is in a very nice community campground! It made me miss camping and the restaurant there is super good and there’s even a crab guy within the park that will cook up your crabs that you buy from him and there’s a launch place for your boat. So many things but not close to many stores, very peaceful and relaxing!!!!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I visit this campground a couple times a year and we are so happy to have found this rental. We have family that lives here and knew exactly what to expect in the surroundings. This rental has everything that is needed for a very enjoyable stay and will definitely stay here again. House was very clean and stocked with all the amenities you could ask for. The fact that it is pet friendly is a huge plus for us. Thanks again Joe and Jean for sharing your house with us and I am sure you will be hearing from me again 😀

Enjoy the best of both worlds -Bay and Beach and Ocean by day and camp fire's by night with air-conditioned / heated space to escape the elements when needed.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

New house build with lots of love- house is very comfortable and equipped with coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrellas. Boats are welcome and access ramp is a block away from our driveway!
